I'm guessing their computer crashed, or their internet did...

Don't think too lowly of yourself. I think you are capable of going 0-8, I believe in you man!

how can one tourney have so much trouble with justin.tv i dont understand the problem really, I dont think i've actually ever made it through an entire night of nasl. There is always some kind of technical difficulty. At this point it seems more like difficulty with technology rather than technical difficulties. It would be one thing if this was live everyday, but they are just streaming a pre-recorded video, they really should have sorted this out by now. Still like nasl but this kinda stuff hurts your viewer count. I'm not 100% who to blame, as I seem to have lots of trouble with any justin.tv stream, but nasl seems to have even more trouble than me.

Nothing like encouraging mass refreshing when a website is having issues...especially after he/she complained of the stream dying...I suppose the hypocrisy is lost on him/her though.

Painuser is working 40+ hours a week at ign and is retired from the tournament scene. He should still show up for 3games a week when he has agreed to it. Its disrespectful towards us and NASL since I asume his busy schedule would not stop him if he were 7-0? And even if you think he has the right to just dont show, he didnt even give a reason, he simply did not show (atleast thats the info ive gotten) and thats just stupid, can you think of any other sport where this would not be severally frowned upon. And furthermore, with the stream going down atleast 1time every night Ive watched this show there is NO way I will pay for further seasons, I gladly support e-sports with my money and if the production had been awsome I could pay more then 25$ for this many games but when most shows leave me more frustrated then satisfied I must say that NASL really has to prove themselves to get more of my mine (and yes I did pay this season)
I'm gonna pay for next season and watch the VODs rather than the live stream. I didn't pay for this season, as I'm not financially that well off, but the sheer number of games, and the quality of many of them, and the strong local scene make me want to support iNc and the bunch. When I see gretorp rolling around in anything better than a honda civic, then I'll stop.

Grubby still needs some time to get rid of WC3 instinct imo.
Hes so used to WC3 cuz thats what hes been playing his whole life.
He doesnt have to join any team, im sure he has some ex-wc3 pros to practice with.

He's out.
(The best he can do is 3-6, -6, and for all practical purposes that won't qualify).

I think he means Rainbow.
I would consider paying for NASL if they had a better VOD format (spoiler free and not cut randomly according to another review post).
NASL's stream dying at least once a week bugs me, but then again GSL Open 1 had a lot of stream problems as well (from what I heard, I didn't stay up to watch any of it, saw it all on VoD).

I'm pretty sure artosis is out of the NASL for next season unless he qualifies through tournament

that's it, my bad.
iirc, 9&10 are out, so if artosis wins his 2 matches and rainbow looses his 2 matches, artosis is qualified for next season, am i wrong?

To say he plays laughable sure, he does underperform and i think we all agree, but it is BM to say what this person should do, talking about things they know nothing about, also who says grubby is not practicing hard ?

Some of the best sc2 players came from wc3, so that just sound like weak excuses imo.

I'd have to get into the NASL first. Which I am incapable of. I can't even beat a solid low-diamond player, and I make great tactical decisions (most of the time)... it's just the macro-mechanics and micro of battles I'm so bad at.

A while ago Artosis mentioned on his stream he would not want to qualify for S2 of the NASL under the current conditions.
|
Is artosis already disqualified for next season of NASL, or he can still get out of bottom 16?
Artosis stated on his stream he will not participate in NASL next season no matter what because of the issues with time and lag.
