Cruncher stream cheated against IdrA in a ladder game, and was caught doing it. IdrA called him a waste of a life on the forums here, and got a 2 day ban for it. IdrA then encouraged people to spam PM Chill on his Twitter, and got a 90 day ban for getting people to harass Chill.

I think he means that Crucher stole a base right off the bat, and still didn't have a lead in macro and barely won.
and then he got crushed game 2.
game 3..... (probably crushed again... but lets see )
Cruncher is a good player, but Sjow is one of the worlds best.

My understanding was that he stream-sniped him, but nobody had ever proved in either direciton if he stream cheated... though I don't pay a lot of attention to the e-drama, when possible.
You're pretty much right, Cruncher stream sniped IdrA, nothing further than that is known. So people saying, "He cheated" are assuming, a more accurate statement would be he sniped IdrA and was subsequently accused of cheating. He was never "caught cheating" that's pure misinformation.

TB so bm! Replace him immediately he dishonors our community blahblahblah.
jk quite funny

Why is it that people believe in what Idra has to say? It's not like Idra is classy. If Cruncher is not proven to be a cheat, you cannot call him a cheat. It's an off the base accusation right now.

He said she said. He was in the stream during the match, and had some suspicious movements, but you are all right, nothing was proven. Let's just say, IdrA and his hardcore fans believe Cruncher was cheating, Cruncher claimed he wasn't, nobody knows for sure other than Cruncher. It doesn't really matter.

Jesus christ take your tired Idra vs cruncher arguments somewhere else please.

QFT.
If you are afraid that streaming will be a problem for you, then stop doing it.

Just to be clear, sjow scouts that nexus he wins, sjow doesn't scout the nexus he loses.. if you think that build is designed to hold any sort of early pressure you either don't understand the matchup or you're just downright stupid. It's akin to proxying dt tech on one base and it is a complete dice roll.
It's only clever based on the assumption that cruncher has less than a 50% shot at winning by not placing the nex.

Knowing you opponent and how to defeat him is skill in itself. Day9 told me so.

cruncher steals a gas again
sjow going for a full wall off
cruncher's probe is immortal, he hides it in the assimilator
sjow has a racks with a tech lab a normal racks and a half way completed racks
cruccher has three gates but only one gas
|
Tech lab being part of the wall in is very risky in my opinion... Got to be wary of stalkers there

It does when you spread misinformation and say, "He was caught cheating" when nothing of the sort happened. If he was straight up caught red handed, then there would be no argument.

How is it not obvious that sjow was feigning tech and is going for a hyperaggressive stim timing?
