This isn't really important. Do we know Mvp wouldn't have had the same unbeaten run if he had Xigua's opponents? Can we say Xigua wouldn't have dropped any games against Mvp's opponents? We can say his run was impressive, but it doesn't make him the favourite over the best player in the world.

But in all seriousness, I'm beginning to think almost beating MVP isn't that great of an accomplishment because almost beating him is one thing, but actually beating him and sealing the deal is another. It's like watching a zombie that just won't die.

He also thrives in situations where he's in the lead. Simply put, he strives.

I was looking at the wiki for MVP vs Kas last night and noticed it stopped updating at 1-0, and since it's BO3 I thought maybe there was just a lag in the updates. But I'm looking at it now and it's still at 1-0....so did the series ever finish, or was there some special condition at work saying MVP only needed 1 win to move to the finals? MVP 2-0 And Liquipedia is up to date, the draft just hasn't been published. You have to log in to see it, or click view draft.
