I'm really sorry about causing the lag and affecting the players' mindsets.
Don't give it a second thought Chill. You were absolutely outstanding <3

Where can I watch the VODS? their not up on the youtube channel yet. And have searched everywhere for them ! :S

I for one would just like to thank Hot Bid for his amazing observing all throughout the tournament making the casting and the viewer experience so much better.

TSL > GSL ! :D Hands down ! Entertainment value was just soooo much better then any tournament out there, I cannot even describe it ! I feel for Day9 and Chill ... One lagged out in the final game, the other one almost died of a heartattack durring casting it. I was on the same page - almost lagged out and almost died from a heartattack :D Geesh ... In-freakin'-credible ! 70k viewers on the stream alone says it all. We're officially a proper SPORT. That's like filliing up a pretty big stadium and we did that. Hats off ! Amazing job from everyone involved ! Congratz to ThorZain ! These games will be staying in history !

I really sorry about causing the lag and affecting the players' mindsets. Did you find out what was causing it? no /x mode? And thanks for the mature choice to leave with no fuss or anything (not that I expected less) great casting looking forward to TSL4 :D I think thousands of people joining and pinging me exploded my chatlogs.
There was about 70k views there afterall.......

amazing series. I am so glad thorzain won. It is as if he can only win when he is the underdog, so he had to allow naniwa to win 3 games to begin his comeback. both players were worthy champions but thorzain fits the TSL profile better
congratulations to him, and thanks TL for this amazing tournament. maybe we can have a TSL every semester?

I'm really looking forward to watching the VODs. This was absolutely phenomenal. There's always the LR before the VoDs! Yea can we just get this in the OP instead of me seeing this for the 4th time

Great series! Specifically on the last game though, I was surprised with some of the decisions Nani made... He doesn't go +1 attack (and in fact wasn't a big fan of attack upgrades throughout the series) which really hurt his army. Colossi cost 500 combined resources and 6 supply and give you 18.2 dps (or assuming 3 targets a strike 54.6 dps) . +1a cost 200 combined resources and gives you a bonus 2.4 dps or counting splash of 3: 7.2 dps.
Therefore at one colossi your dps cost 27.4 / 9.15 resources per DPS.
Plus 1 attack cost you 83.3 / 27.7 (assuming just one colossi)
Plus 1 attack with two colossi on the field: 41.65 / 13.8
Plus 1 attack with three colossi on the field: 27.7 / 9.23
So pretty much once you reach 3 colossi...+1 pays for itself. And this doesn't count the supply cost of the colossi nor the benefits that the other protoss military units get from +1.
Nani, should have retreated once he killed those SCVs in the first volley and just teched up. Protoss is very strong on macro maps once they get blink/charge/forge upgrades/HT tech.
Thorzain on the other hand finally seemed to realize that marauders work so much better than tanks against protoss. Had he realized this earlier, Nani wouldn't have lasted to a game 7. Thors work against protoss...but not tanks. I suspect Thor was still in his tank mindset from his win over Kas.

GG both players and both casters. Awesome entertainment.
