Pretty sure it was not like " that was easy i expected it" but more like " i don't know what to say"
Also to kind of expand on your point, his attitude at MLG in the interview i believe was linked to a tradition in his native land. Its taught for them to never make a big deal of their accomplishments. Wish i could remember the name of it but sadly i can't.

edit: reading fail.

i really wish they would tell us earlier. i waited all the way just for the nada haypro game :S

It's actually super manner of Haypro to not take the walkover, I hope it's the games that Haypro really gets to shine.

link to nada stream for GSL?

I have one question, does the feedback stop neural parasite?

Perhaps I misinterpreted it then. His history of BM probably affects my opinion of him too.

Had all those infestors survived the templar sniping (say, had they been back at the natural), would they have been able to convincingly turn the tide? Would mass fungaling be good in that scenario, or is it best to just neural a bunch of optimal targets? Protoss army in mid, fungal, run back. Fungal, run back keep doing it til they die. You have 6 infestors u can kill any ground army. It's the feedback that shuts down that play. It's all about unit control and positioning. if you know that P got High templars, you NEED to keep the infestors in a good position. Also there are a lot of techniques that allow infestors to stay safe. Along that line, obviously it wouldn't apply here due to the observer, but he did have burrow - I'd like to see more Zergs actually "idle" their infestors burrowed rather than standing w/ army. Seems like people could take advantage of this trickery at least a little. You're right, there's burrow micro, also if you have the Ventral Sacs upgrade for Overlord you can hide Infestors into Ovelords then micro them accordingly. Think shuttle / reaver but with different micro.

I would LOVE to see this type of play in SC2. Correct me if I'm wrong, but to this point infestor use seems to be dominated by their inclusion among the "standing army". Too many times I've cringed watching them do their spells, then die intertwined and milling about with the ground hulk. Don't get me wrong - I know this type of control is very hard and multi-tasking intensive, but hey, I'm in total agreement with ya

Only watched the second half of the cast today, but there were some good games, definitely worth watching.
One criticism on the casting though: They both tend to go off on random tangents and it takes awhile for them to get back to the actual game. A few short jokes/comments can be good in boring parts, but it kind of threw off the flow of some of the Kawaii/Squirtle games.

no its not a drain its a spell so once cast its either kill the infestor or wait

Not classy at all, considering that they didn't give the same courtesy to White-Ra and Naniwa. And I know, "it's up to the opponent", blablabla, but in essence it's really up to NASL since they make the rules (and enforce them).

Hahaha, double salute - how cant you love the GRETORP.

ohh, Really how is this fair?? You cant just change the rules in the middle of the tournament. Lets say White-Ra doesnt make it to the play-off by 1 point then what??
Yea this is fair lets just change the rules in the middle of the tournament and screw the guys who got penalty before the change.
I dont understand how you can justify that

GSL is working with the NASL, dreamhack wasnt willing to accomodate whitera to play his matches so i assume there was a bit ot tention here, also this was to be expected if any of the NASL players made it far in the GSL so they probably already had plans for this. Plus haypro and Nada or basically on the same team i doubt haypro would do that to him.
So let me get this straight if Nada gets knocked out of the GSL today, we will see him play 2 games next week, if hes in the finals no games, and we will see him play 3 games the following week?

removes all energy so yes
hmm, misread idk

I do have to say that the production value has gotten a lot better since the last time I viewed the NASL, really have to hand it to them.

Ok, so feedback is not the answer to mindcontrol. So if Slush controlled better his infestor, he could have won the battle.

NASL finally accepting paypal, great news for everyone without a credit/debit card.

I assume if any of those players said they wouldnt take a walk over those games would be reschuduled as well.
