Would be hard for Idra not to return to Korea to compete in this. I suppose it will depend on the state of zerg tho.

But I think it would be better if they gave at least some spots (8 or so) to an open qualifier.

Lol, according to Idra, the state of zerg is constant and it is %$@# Still, he must now feel like a clown after abandoning GSL. Here is Idra: organizers - In America we will be opening a major tournament with a prize pool of 400k USD Idra - *happyface* *jumpingonajet* organizers - however, the first season will be 100k and it will drag for 6 month *Trollface* Idra - *FFFFUUU*

Ah so they gave points for the world championships. Great initiative by GOM to try to attract some more foreigners to the Super Tournament. Even though it saddens me that this will force Ryung, Keen, and others out, many more viewers would tune in if White-ra, Morrow, and co. attended. IMO most of the non-Koreans will still opt to forego the Super Tournament given that you get nothing if you lose in the first round, but I hope they take the risk and play for the sake of e-sports.
