To make IdrA, so you can't really blame anyone for pronouncing it how the word Idra can be pronounced, instead of how a contraction of Indrajit would be pronounced. If I take the name Dravid (pronounced Draa-vid) and Spell it David (Pronounced Day-vid) I can't expect everyone to pronouce it Daa-vid can I.
