Two computers set up exactly the same in exactly the same environment sharing exactly the same connection, playing on exactly the same server. How does one lag whilst the other doesn't? Makes no sense unless.... Jinro forgot to turn off his pr0n downloads. | ||

Well everytime I checked one of those artosis's house tours, they alllllll have the same pc's and it seems like they get bought in bulk. Seems like the most obvious thing to do. And Jinro is just a crybaby if he blames it on the lagg. | ||

They are both playing on the same internet, like fromm the same modem, its not like one player is going to have a castly different latency than the other. If they were connecting wireless (highly unlikely) then yea it could be a problem as its not as stable. | ||

It was even worse hearing eleine sun going "OMG morrow is soo good, hes adopted this july style hes so good" I see july ramp up the pressure but i rarely see him do a standard baneling bust, like against mvp it was like banelings and mutas wich was pretty cool and it was at a really wierd timing as well. Im not hating on baneling bust its totally a legit strategy, but when thats all you do to win, its pretty pathetic i mean any half decent player given the situation morrow was in just before he attacked with the banelings could have won those games sure its nada's fault for not being prepared but its a pretty bitch strategy to use every game he lost the game he tried to macro so nada should have been expecting it i guess. Morrow was kind of the same when he played terran he used some very abusive builds but against zerg now , like 5 racks reaper, wich was way cooler though imo requires far more micro and skill. | ||

You think that MorroW should let his opponents take risks and for him to sit back and do nothing? We all know MorroW is capable of playing out a macro game. | ||

Oh look, other people (i.e. Cheesemaster) made my argument for me. The factors would cause lag to BOTH players, because they're BOTH on the SAME internet in the same house. I hope you don't go taking aim at people like this when you get owned on bnet. umad, but its ok I forgive you. EDIT: Done with you. EDIT2: MorroW should play whatever works. He should not change his gamestyle just to look more entertaining, or appeal to the public better. If he wants to baneling bust every single game, then he should. He has every right to. If it gets to the point where it doesn't work, he won't do it - but atm he's simply punishing his opponents for doing more macro-oriented strategies. | ||

Heres a brief history of my computer: August 2010 - 2011 February~ : Semi-good computer but with broken graphics card causing graphical glitches. Just too lazy to replace it. February 2011: Replace every part of my computer except for powersupply. Computer wont work, so we replace the powersupply too. Still doesnt work, new motherboard. New harddrive breaks, buy new one. Buy new motherboard. April 2011: New harddrive is faulty causing computer to randomly freeze. Still havent replaced it. Why did me vs MC lag? I HAVE NO IDEA. I was playing practice games vs oGsJ before these games and it did not lag, I was playing practice games AFTER these and it did not lag. I honestly have NO idea why it lagged, but it did which is why we switched computers, and even then the first game still lagged (second game was fine as far as I can remember, maybe not early game Im not sure). For fucks sake, the first game we played was restarted before a single unit had even died on either side, do you think Im gonna start blaming the future loss on lag that early? | ||
