Apparently, the broadcaster gets money from the commercials based on how many viewers are watching. By throwing down 3 commercials, NASL is in essence getting 3 times the income per commercial break. (Or so I've heard).

Clearly the answer is for zergs is to engage the main army of protoss while simultaneously dropping banes in the main and nydusing the protoss expo and flanking the deathball with zerglings.

Well it kind of is. That's why you don't attack a Terran without broodlords if he is fortified (i.e. in a choke and off creep).
The difference is droning zerg is scary to Terran, so Terran has to come out or lose.

That would be a great way for the players to not get invited to the next season if they just wanted to stop showing up. The prize pool from this is huge, sure it jumps down a lot from 1st to 2nd.

This is a RTS game, such tactics are mandatory at high level. The sooner people realize that, the higher the competition will get, You'll never reach the skill ceiling by a-moving into a deathball. Also that's a good way to put to use these 200 apm that progamers have .

It's too early to call anything like that. Sheth looks incredibly strong, that's for sure. He'll probably be a top contender in the NASL among other things.
Spanishiwa hasn't proven his worth vs top tier players yet. The stuff people are saying about him is too premature.
