Ask support for an official answer, but I believe it's totally find to play earlier in the day if both players agree. Playing LATER than the schedule is a problem tho

Make sure when you sign up that you enter your Battlenet Character Code. If you did not enter your Character Code please contact support.

Keep in mind that players from any league can register for this tournament! Who knows, maybe you'll get a lucky bracket and get into the top 32! =)

usually Quebec has some weird policy and many other tournaments had similar policy that had to exclude people from Quebec.. I'm sure it's the same here too.

Found the above quote online which basically explains why Quebec is excluded from a lot of tournaments.

Does this mean that all the other tournaments have been taking a big risk by not excluding Quebec? Is it going to become standard for all online SC2 tournaments to do that?
