I understgand that you don't want people playing with ripped versions of Starcraft 2 cause you guys really need the money it generates, but how about you distribute copies, to everyone who buys a tournament license, that have lan capabilities. You still get your safety from hackers/rippers, but you give the scene something they have been begging for since the beta: LAN. Thanks, Someone who actually likes eSPORTS despite you trying to kill them while saying "we are promoting them!" GOMTV doesn't have this problem. U mad that MLG can't compete? GOMTV doesn't have 60 computers connected to the internet while running three streams. Dreamhack could handle 1000's of computers, but Swedish internet is amazing. LAN would fix any problem with American internet being shit. What about the open qualifiers GOM had S1-3?

The game should be replayed. I was noticing units stuttering and stopping during the screen at an almost unplayable level. That most definitely has a far worse impact on the protoss in this game. Unfair, unprofessional. Disgusting. What do you want them to do? They're doing their jobs, and I bet you it's killing them on the inside. Wheat and JP are so tight with the SC2 community. They could be honest with the stream, tell them the game was unfair and they wish there was something else they can do. They seem like swindlers and cheats making shit up. The game should of been restarted. It was far too long. MLG isn't about the players or the community. It's about making as much money as possible.

Grubby should refuse to play the next game until some official complaint are made and taken care of, this is unacceptable in every sense of the game. unbelievably unprofessional handled.

Also, since the threat of lag/networking issues is so large, they should have a backup plan for situations such as this.

Dude I understand that you're a big Grubby fan, but come on, don't blame dde for that. dde is not to blame for the lagg but to say "no lagg on my end" when the game is clearly lagging is rather bad mannered. Is it remotely possible he wasn't lagging and he was afraid grubby was using it as an excuse since he (grubby) was in a really bad spot regardless of lag? DDE was the first one to pause cos of lag 2 hours ago. Key comment, "2 hours ago"

GOM has a 1 game running at a time, with two streams. MLG has many many games occurring on multiple platforms, with press blogging and UPLOADING VIDEO while the event goes on and just regular spectators trying to use the wifi to keep in contact with friends or whatever. GOM has Korean amazing internet. MLG has shit US internet. Even with everyting going for the GOM experiences problems with Bnet 2.0, like DIMAGA's recent game vs MVP on Tal'Darim.
