MKP is not "kicking Japan" while they're down due to the earthquake. The only reason why Dokdo debate came up in midst of the "help Japan" movement in Korea was b/c yesterday or the day before the Japanese government selected a textbook containing fabricated information about how Japan has ownership of Dokdo to be their official history textbook. So please, get your facts straight first before you start criticizing someone.
