I didn't think too much of LAN until now, what a fail from Blizz to not have the feature available to tourneys... I thought Blizz sanctioned events would have a special edition that would enable LAN?

An "actual world allstars" lineup would most likely not have included all of Sen, TT1 and Dimaga even though those were the players that took out most of the Korean team. Huk and Moonglade are great players who unfortunately didn't win, anything more then that is just pure speculation. So you say the best zerg foreign zerg (arguable with IdrA, I think its sen ![]()

The odds of a local problem involving less then 10 computers that close to each other are ASTRONOMICALLY smaller then the odds of a bnet problem. Likelihood: Bnet > Computer failure >> LAN dies. It's even remoter if you have someone who actually knows what he's doing setting it up too.

Day 1 was amazing just because of how surprisingly well the foreigners played. Day 2 was amazing because I saw the coolest PvP I've ever seen executed perfectly by White Ra against the best player in the world right now who I've never even seen lose a PvP. I also got to see my 2 favorite zergs fight in a ling baneling micro war (july v Dimaga). Also, the most epic disconnect probably of all time happened as well, which was unfortunate because I thought the game was still up in the air at that point, with half of Taldarim being mined out. Dimaga took out 2 GSL champions and looked really strong doing it. The foreign scene has really stepped up and proven me wrong. You can't argue any cheap advantage they had in this tournament like people have been doing for TSL and FXOpen. They just played very very well.

I realize this is armchair quarterbacking but honestly it just seems so obvious. Watching the vods I was shocked when they put Huk in. What did they know that we don't. MVP vs Dimaga dropping near the climax of one of the most epic games in memory is an absolute disgrace. Blizzard should be ashamed but that's been said before and nothing is going to change.
