Im actually very, very surprised he sent out Huk. The ZvZ of Nestea is so strong and there are still 2 zergs left on the world team. Why send out huk now? July is not that strong ZvZ... now you've potentially sacrificed a protoss and when you face nestea you might have 2 zergs and jinro left..

Yeah fully agree with you, i saw many July ZvZ's and most of them were really shabby. Odd choice.

Drinking with Tasteless is the greatest prize of all :D

Hmmm it's sad. Bad decision making this time. He should have expanded and played it safe he was way ahead...

White-Ra was never ahead in supply at any point in the entire game after the initial baneling bust. Not only was he not "way ahead", he was considerably behind.

Ye. He was 10 supply behind the entire game> July had a decent amount of drones and WhiteRa lost a few probed, a ton of mining time and had to spend most of his cash on zealots which isn;t the greatest long-term investment

Precisely I'm not sure why he was so far behind, but he was. I couldn't tell exactly how many of his pylons he was able to cancel and how many of them actually were killed by lings. He was spending so much money on building and rebuilding his wall that he ended up pretty far behind.

I think it could have come out to be a relatively even game if he expanded while July made a bunch of queens, but WhiteRa wasn't really in that great of a position at any point.

White-Ra is like a rocket:
He got fired, he killed, but you cannot fire him a second time.

Unless HuK just slams everyone else. x)

First time I've actually had the chance to watch HuK play in a while.

he made 5 queens !!! and WR saw this with his army, why not just back up and expand, he would have easily stop July roaches

sigh... that was so disappointing

He was already allinn at that point. Behind in eco and Zealots get worse as the game goes on

Can any1 kindly give a quick recap on games 1,2,3? Thanks

Game 1 was TT1 losing to an amazing 4gate from MC.
Game 2 was the best PvP anyone has ever seen. WhiteRa using Warp Prism harass while holding a 4gate.
Game 3 was WhiteRa holding a July Baneling bust but going all in after it with Void Rays and losing.

I'd call the banelign bust more of a calculated early push, not an all in.

Just 'cause a player does early timed push doesn't mean it's an automatic all-in...

Not a fan of sending HuK out here. His PvZ was never that good. He beat two mediocre zergs in Code A before being bounced by Losira. More importantly, even if he does beat July, which he's more than capable of doing, by using HuK now, you use your final protoss player for the inevitable Mvp snipe. With Nestea and his undefeated ZvZ and godly ZvP ready and waiting, this places a lot on the zergs and Jinro.
