Pretty sure the quality of the stream is dependent on your position in the stream, i.e. if you're the 40th viewer it will seem fine, if you're the 40,000th viewer there might be some slight stutter.

Gotta hand it to ustream. Extremly stable so far for me

how can it be "unavailable"? What does the message say?
If all fails you can watch the VODs although I know its not the same as watching it now :-/
