Players such as Jinro, HuK, and Adelscott did not apply for this tour, so don't ask why they aren't on this list. DIMAGA, Kas, and LaLush turned applications in late so they will not appear either. Please take some time to learn who exactly applied. Please inform yourself about who applied and who didn't. |

Got a scar roughly 15cm long though, looks hella manly! I'd like to know if i wasn't chosen because of my arm or another reason, haven't been updated or messaged by anyone yet, would be a weight off my mind to find out why for sure though. :S But either way, i was pretty sure i'd be able to play perfectly well given the start date of the tournament so that shouldn't have been a factor anyway. Strange... hopefully somebody will explain this. I am especially surprised that noone in his team told him. I was pretty sure Incontrol knew about the invites in advance. And they also made sure that not too many from one team are invited, so Demuslim in would have probably meant someone else from EG out. I am wondering whats going on there.
Yeah although god forbid machine have to drop out for demuslim, right guys?

Sad that Mondragon is not there, though expected it
Otherwise NASL is shaping up to be awesome I must say. Will buy tickets etc for first season to check it out for sure. All of my social life will disappear T_T

Great final line-up, I'm super disappointed that someone like ViBE got in over Fruit Dealer. Nothing against ViBE I just don't see the point of choosing him over FD. FD is a GSL champion, ViBE is a relatively unknown with a pretty mediocre record (and abysmal ZvZ record). I feel for DeMuslim too, but the only other Terran I would have taken off is Stalife, who hasn't impressed me very much. All of the other Terrans picked are top class and at least on DeMuslim's level.

What was possibly done that shows proof of an "amateur organization"? Seriously, because they might've made a decision you didn't agree with? These just came out today and I believe it was stated that they will released their determining factors in their choices. Now, if they do and Demuslim met those factors and was denied (with no other reason stated) then you can grab you pitchfork.
Not before.

I also find it said that DeMuslim isn't in there. But i hope he is in in the next season, one season only for practice for him, to refrsh his skills after the break.
And also sad that Minugun isnt in
Don't know who Vibe is, lol - and never saw anythin from dde.

Glad to see Nada, Boxer, MC, and July made the last cut.
Good choice NASL. Will be interested to tune in to those matches. Good luck with your tourney!

Gutted no Demuslim representing the UK in this.
Would rather see Demuslim than Nada in a SC2 tourney tbh

Or Axslav.
But overall the invites look quite good. Some guys I personally would love to see, (Demuslim, Thorzain, Mondi and obv. dimaga to name a few) and some guys I can't for the life of me understand, but it's decent, and I'll look forward to this tourney. =)

The last round of invites make me SUPER happy. I was already looking forward to it based on some of the others (haters can shut up!) but that last 5 is amazing, and I can see why they were left til the end.
The potential is most DEFINATELY there. now to see the quality of production. I think there's no doubt, at least after the pool stages, the games will be fantastic, I just hope they have the production to go with it.

Players who shouldn't be in the NASL. Fenix, Vibe, Grubby, Incontrol Hm, what is your justification for saying lzgamer over fenix? Being a nice guy isn't a good reason.
ever heard the phrase what have you done for me lately?

Im also unhappy with some of the players who applied but didnt get in, but bottom line is that it's their tournament and they can invite who they want.
Just get over it, the list is final, discuss something else.
|
when picking 50 players there is no way they will pick 100% of the players everybody wants this is only season one of nasl, players who will play poorly will get out and players who will play good will stay dont start judging every player before he started playing, who in a big tournament like this players can surprise
|
BOXER WOOT yes yes yes :D
wait the koreans will be playing from korea and so will have lag though right?
|
|
Just waiting for xeris to post the formula used to invite players.
|
Fenix won the American Championship of the IEM which is way more important than all those showmatches or unimportant online tourneys. I agree there weren't any noteworthy appearances by him lately, but his qualification is well deserved.
