[NASL] Players (final) - Page 151
Forum Index > StarCraft 2 Tournaments |
Players such as Jinro, HuK, and Adelscott did not apply for this tour, so don't ask why they aren't on this list. DIMAGA, Kas, and LaLush turned applications in late so they will not appear either. Please take some time to learn who exactly applied. Please inform yourself about who applied and who didn't.

But it remains to be seen which of the 12 can make it out of the first season.

Also I updated my post after the fact, I meant there were other teams that have 4 not 5. Either way, solid representation from a lot of good teams. That explains why Demuslim didn't get in. If EG already has 5 in the tourney there wasn't room for him too. I'm not too sure if he would have been fit enough tbh with his arm iirc still in a cast. It's a shame really because he's one of the best Terrans out there. It's a good solid line up, some great players in there. but it's so obvious better players have missed out because of the cliquey community that this is. I mean i love Artosis, i really do. And i think you will find it very hard to find somebody who loves Starcraft more than he does and he's done ALOT for the community. But he's won nothing just like iNcontroL. Infact because of GSL he's barely even played, he admitted that himself. I know he said he'd play nonstop until the NASL starts but do we really think the other players that have been turned down wouldn't? And they've rejected people who got their interviews in on time that have won a lot more and are evidently better players currently for them to be in.

Think about it, Korean tourneys usually have majority Koreans; European tourneys usually have majority Europeans. It's not really that surprising/unusual.

ROOTminigun is one of the best protosses in NA without a doubt. He recently 4-0 Fenix in a showmatch. It is a shame he was not chosen. If you read the last few pages of the thread, you would see that Root already had 5 members accepted. Minigun has the least lan experience and notoriety among them.

With all the incredible upsetting done lately and the level of each player involved here, I wouldn't sell anyone short. While I don't think particular players could necessarily take other particular players in a Bo99 or anything, I do believe each player has a legitimate shot at winning.

Both haven't had the greatest results so far, imo, with Ret winning Assembly as the only thing that sticks out. Grubby lost in the coin flip tournament today but that was clearly imbalanced towards his opponent. So I hope both do extremely well in the NASL league so I can stop talking about potential and start talking about results.

Yeah that's what I've heard but there was a lot of people complaining that he wasn't on the invite list saying that he applied and if he applied he must be ready to compete. I was just pointing out that if they already have 5 players it wasn't even possible for another EG player to be in according to the NASL rules. At any rate, I agree with you about Artosis although now that they have code A casters for the GSL I guess he will have a lot more time to play. Who knows, maybe he'll prove us wrong and dominate his group. Either way he's a recognizable name and I see the merit to inviting him. At least he made it to the GSL once in the earlier seasons, that's an accomplishment in and of itself with how competitive and massive that qualifier is.

It's pretty much impossible to justify Bomber over some code S koreans as he has never made it to GSL and only just now qualified for code A

![]() Your guys only problem, is that MC is gonna Kratos his way to the win, and youll have a pile of 49 armless SC2 players (he might spare his own teammates if hes feeling merciful, so 46) after the tournaments done, and filling next season might be tough.
