Boxer played the match-up correctly even if it seemed like his mechanics weren't necessarily the best. EMP > all Protoss compositions except for HTs, and NightEnd's stubborn refusal to transition into HTs or even heavy upgrades before 200/200 cost him. He may have done better if he was able to micro his phoenixes and pick up the ghosts before they can EMP but realistically speaking it's like picking up needles in a haystack with how small ghosts are amidst a group of marauders. Still, it would've given him a chance in those engagements.

Colossi/Phoenix is a great composition against standard MMM Viking but you need to plan the transition against ghosts. And you should also do more with the Phoenixes than simply have them sit in the base - phoenixes are faster than Vikings and should be able to do a lot more harass.

Man EMP totally fucks up protoss. Good useage by Emperor I like how those Phoenix were invalid afte first battle when they could have killed alL MM left over.

Given Boxer's personality, I think there's a possibility that he felt bad about the game 1 ruling and purposely let the game develop as it did so as to give Nightend a chance to finish an unfinished game.

For all the haters who dismissed Boxer's abilities, yeah...

Impressed by Thorzain but i can't help but think that Fruit just played horrendously.

Tyler is going to dispose of him, quite easily. Can't undersand how fruit let anyone build a triple cc.
