If you don't like it the tournament, don't participate/watch it. It's as simple as that. The only thing this kind of twist may damage is the pride of those who believe that eSports must never be taken lightly. As to which I must ask; why so serious? No one will think less of the scene because of a small to medium sized event like this. Once it's over it'll soon be forgotten. Those who take it for what it is will most certainly have a blast though.
