You're basing his skill upon TvT only. I guess MVP should be in Code A(which he is) since his TvP is bad?
SuperNova has a 100% win rate against protoss and is Code A runner-up, I don't see why he shouldn't be in Code S considering how awful TheBest is and he's been in code S for how long?

This could be an indication that he's much better at TvP than TvT. Or maybe it was just not a good day for him. Either way, I can't say I'm looking forward to his next games.

Sure, it would have worked with MVP too. You could watch his performance in the Up/Down matches and go, man, MVP should not be in Code S, he's terrible. And that would be a stupid thing to say, considering his performance that day was the exception, not the rule. Same with SuperNova. It's so annoying how shortsighted some people are.

Because the amount someone deserves Code S should be based solely upon performance in the Up/Down matches, right? I mean, the performance in Code A means nothing, obviously.
