Its a relative thing man. Compared to how much harder he has to fight for HIS code S spot, I'd say he'd def qualify in some other groups like group A and F.

I dunno. Some games he looks amazing, but he doesn't have the greatest mechanics it seems. Not the first time his macro has failed hardcore.

MKP and Nestea are two of the BEST players in the entire world. Leenock is more than ready for code S he has proven it time and time again.

Leenock is playing 2 of the top 3 players historically in the GSL, he just got a terrible draw. Put him in group A or any of the other weak ones and he'd have rolled through.

there're way worse players in code S than Leenock.

That looked so easy for MKP heh

Is there anyway to watch the official stream on any other software than GOM player? |=

So you're saying that someone like Leenock who is giving a double finalist and winner of the GSL a run for their money doesn't deserve Code S? Backwards logic there mate

No, Leenock could beat most of the players in the Up/Down matches, but he got matched against the hardest players in the Up/Down apart from MVP. Just atrocious luck.

don't all zergs usually have 1k+ minerals? only race i see consistently spending all their money on 2 or more bases is protoss...

Can't see him winning vs MKP. Consistency isn't his problem, I'd say it's more that Nestea was just better then him. MKP is the one with consistency issues, I could actually see him in Code A to Leenock if he plays it right MKP, consistency issues? The only time he's ever lost early to someone who wasn't the eventual champion was this GSL. Otherwise his losses have been: GSL2 - NesTea (winner) Allstar Invitational - Kyrix (winner) GSL3 - MC (winner) Gainward - MVP (winner) GSL4 - MVP (winner) Yeah. What? I mean recently he lost to relatively easy protoss' compared to him, don't bring GSL2-3 figures into this. Also hes in up and down, I'd say thats a consistency issue. I didn't mean over time, I mean recently. So you would call everyone in the Up/Down having consistency issues? Considering he made the finals the GSL before. That's pushing it, I'd think, especially considering we have NesTea, Mvp, and some other big names here...
As for that last game, kind of a poor push from MKP (lack of sight), yet Leenock dies to it anyway. Definitely handled it poorly, might be nerves. He's one game away from being sent back to Code A...

You have absolutely no idea how hard it is to do what Leenock did. He most probably missed larva injects and payed dearly for it, mostly because his attention had to be elsewhere.
