No, Leenock could beat most of the players in the Up/Down matches, but he got matched against the hardest players in the Up/Down apart from MVP. Just atrocious luck.

It's definately a test. If he beat nestea then he could beat anyone in code s imo. Same for MKP.

It's not possible to spend all your minerals on just ling bling on two hatch. He lost his extractor so naturally that hurt even more. I suppose he could get a queen on his third and use that for production, although that would have taken a great deal of time, and he was steadily running out of time, but having a decent sized ling army running around in the center would have stopped reinforcements. That is a key step to stopping a slow terran push. Without reinforcements, the terran push has to halt, buying you more time to make a favorable trade.

I agree with the sentiment that Leenock does deserve Code S

He is playing 1on1 against Michael Jordan and LeBron James, losing to them does not mean you dont deserve to be in the NBA.

Not when you have Mike Scalabrines in Code S that Leenock is clearly better than

True, but to be in Code S you have to be able to beat guys like MKP and Nestea and it looks like a masters playing a silver from what I've seen.
