If a protoss and I are both 200/200 and I beat his army when attacking his main, but he warps in 12 HT and lays down 12 storms, I cry a little inside. Just having them unable to storm immediately would be great. It feels like I'm fighting a 250 food army because of how fast they can reinforce with chrono boost and warp gates while Terran don't have that ability. Much the same as when zerg stores larvae for a 300 food push.
Edit: This is game related. Sc was able to get into San's natural quite a few times, but some HT's warped into the highground were able to save them. If KA is removed and HT's can't storm immediately, HTs will still be viable units, just not a safety net or an emergency defense at an expo.

It's an interesting thing to look at really. I wonder just how many storms got off from HTs that weren't freshly warped in. Soooooo many got EMPed when they weren't freshly warped in. Should be interested to see if they are ever used again against T after 1.3, since sC managed to put up such a strong fight against it using units it's designed to be strong against.
