I was particularly impressed by HD's commenting and thus have been following him since. I hope this tournament does as well/even better than HDH invitational in creating awareness to the masses regarding the Starcraft 2 esports scene. All the best and you can bet I'll be tuning in to the matches.

There were some rumours that they had some problems getting the tournament approved by blizzard. Why, or if it's even true, I have no idea about. Could be sponsors or something, but we will never know until HD or Husky give an more detailed explanation which they don't seem to be interested in doing atm.
