Posters oblivious to Naniwa's past asked about why he was disliked, I answered that question (from my perspective) and delivered some background. This has nothing to do with stalking, a quick Google/TL search will give you all that info. And I'm not judging anything; I just care about people cheering for players that had/have a negative influence on the community.
If you think that makes me an "ass", alright, go ahead. I firmly believe that the last thing our still relatively young and niche gaming/esports community needs is representatives like him (or other players infamous for BM and/or immature behavior). Gamers still have to struggle for acceptance and fight against cliches; such players don't add "drama" or "entertainment" but just make all gamers look like the immature and erratic slackers they're often portrayed as by popular media.
I just wanted to make my point - and I think I did - but this is an issue I easily get worked up about (as you might have noticed). I don't wish to derail this thread any further, however; not everyone will share my point of view and many people will just want to enjoy the matches. So once again best of luck to Morrow, and a good time to everyone watching (regardless of who they're cheering for).

Considering the map pool and if they us the MLG maps, I feel like this could easily go in Morrow's favor. Due to the changes on Meta he could probably go for more macro oriented play from the start. AKA Hatch before pool. Definitely going to be some decent length games, and I think Morrow has the better mechanics which is going to help a lot. Definitely looking forward to this.

gg gl morrow, too bad people care more about talking smack than being hyped for hopefully some good games. ))

GL MorroW, hopefully Nani hasn't figured out that FFE will win against Z every time ^.^

GL to both players! and no BMing Nani! earn my 100 euros with some good games!!! XDDDD

an ass? are you fucking retarded? hes just stating truths about a player that deserves noones respect. Dont forget also, blizzard trusted him with advance patch notes so he could help with balancing, and he leaked them. I'll let that speak to his character.

ok, calling him retarded was over the top, but I stand by my point. Why the hell would he call shockk an ass simply for laying down the facts? And what do you mean who the fuck are we to pass judgement? uh...people who actually see that hes being a douche all over the place? You can keep defending him all you want, but looking at the list of shit hes stirred up you cant deny he is NOT a respectable member of this community.

Sure, keep on bitching about his BM in game, but when you start to talk about how he was thrown out by his parents because of reasons you think you know, you just simply crossed the line. Some player integrity should be kept and in my humble opinion you shouldn't be allowed to post that slanderous shit.
On topic: Morrow fighting!! would really like to see you take this one!

Man I just wish people knew how to discuss the actual game instead of insulting each other and players.
|
Looking forward to this matches. Naniwa doesn't look unbeatable anymore like he was one or two month ago, but he is still one of the best foreigner protoss players. I think it will be 3-2 for Naniwa.
(the German community doesn't dislike Naniwa, there is a small (and vocal) part of the community who hates everyone, just ignore them and it's fine)

Morrow has great ZvP, I think it's going to be 4-1 or 4-2 in morrow's favour on these maps.
|
will you release replays?
|
Leave alone Nani, this is not a social - lets talk about a persons life thread, this is a gaming thread, and Naniwa is a realy good player.
I hope this will be a 3-2 for Nani.
