Its funny to note that neither of these players have won a ZvZ series yet. Based on the last 2 nights, I'm heavy on mOOnGLaDe, however, I AM a huge fanboi, being from Australia...... MorroW, who I also like, is more proven on the big stage. I wonder if IdrA (who has been mannered to GLaDe thus far) has offered a helping hand to GLaDe in order to put egg on MorroW's face.... Sorry, MorroW, but.. Here's hoping! I can't imagine IdrA cooperating with someone out of spite. I think his flair comes more from pride than any sort of hatred and a proud person who isn't impressed with MorroW might expect him to fail on his own.

Glade should beat morrow since EU has no zergs and korea has a lot of good zerg players

In the games against Moon, Glade played a very typical aggressive ZvZ style, and Moon showed that good defence plus good macro could win out over it. I feel like ZvZ is beginning to change as players get better at handling the early attacks, and I suspect the winner of Glade vs Morrow will be the player best able to adapt.

from what i've seen from GLaDe, his ZvZ is rather lackluster. Probably why i'm so sad so many Zergs got though. Morrow isn't perfect at his ZvZ either though, so i'm scared for mOOnGLaDe at this point. I don't think I can watch it.

i dunno, it'll be close, i hope glade wins
|
I think Morrow is the favourite to win. Apart from the simple build order loses, I didn't see a huge difference between Ret and Morrow. He also took a game off Idra with better micro.
|
Ace is probably the favourite now considering Squirtle's PvZ doesn't look as good as his, and Idra isn't as confident in ZvP.

Did you feel like you could comfortably communicate in English when you first immigrated? I'm sure you're fluent now, but living in an English-speaking country is by far the best way to learn the language, plus you moved when you were relatively young, so you probably had an easier time than those who are older. I'm guessing you attended an English hakwon where they actually place more emphasis on teaching you conversational English.

As an example, students in Canada (okay maybe just Ontario for all I know) are given mandatory French education until Grade 9.
Most Ontarians can't read/write French because they don't give a fuck, regardless if they passed Grade 9 French, let alone speak.
I would imagine it's similar in Korea?
Either way learning a language in a classroom situation and being able to apply that to conversation without practice is impossible. You need to immerse yourself in a language to speak it properly, and I imagine that people who play games professionally and spend 10 hours a day practicing don't have the time to dedicate themselves to that kind of education.
So to the person who is being extremely judgmental, you should stop that.

Wow, Moon and GLaDe really surprised me. Good stuff, can't wait for the rest.
