I'm somewhat arguing semantics, but it's about when and when not to use "timing". If you broaden the use of timing, then guess what, anytime you have more units and decide to attack it is hitting a timing. Did he attack when he had more upgrades than Morrow? Yes, but that doesn't suddenly mean he hit some timing window to win the game. The timing was irrelevant to the victory because he was ahead. A timing window is more about abusing your opponent when they're vulnerable (generally cutting D or late tech) or getting maximum benefit out of something you have before your opponent. Feel free to dig around for Chill's rant about commentary catchphrases to see what I'm talking about, I remember he talked about it and some other things quite a while ago. edit: Still bummed Socke didn't get 3rd.
