I'm from Canada too trying to watch the LQ streams and all I'm getting is sound. Was watching the non-Ustream stuff earlier and it was fine.

The HQ stream is unwatchable for me, and I've never had problems with it before, the LQ stream is fine except that the re-streamer has left his mic on and there's a lot of background noise.

yeah have the same problem. both streams freezing every 30s or so. Not the sound though.

watch it with HQ sound, not perfect but better than nothing.

If you have these problems try watching it directly on ustream, this fixed it for me atleast.

Neither of the streams work properly for me. They always did the last weeks though. Mh... :/
The LQ one even went offline for me just now.
/edit: LQ works again, when watching it on Ustream. It has some stupid strange background noise though...
