Yep, he probably knew the last game was mentally crushing for Nada since his army was 4x as large and he must have thought about it still. That's why an all-in like that is great after a game like that, and it showed. nada's response wasn't good at all since his mind wasn't completely on the game. That's a really smart play.

A viking would not have made NaDa come back from game 1. If he were to build a viking, he had to kill his entire army because he had no supply. If he killed his entire army, MK can just land his OC and start mining. It was a lose-draw situation for NaDa.

You can't fault him for going for the win however, b/c with the information he had it looked like he played as well as he could have with the minor exception that i pointed out above

Incidentally this is a good example of why you see more cheese in series than you do in bo1 group play, it's such a massive change up that can really throw off your opponent, and it absolutely keeps them guessing even if you do drop the game.
In bo1 group play a safer approach is more reliable for short term progression, but the lack of flexibility doesn't work so well in a series because you aren't forcing your opponent to consider as many scenarios.
