Let us say that the budget for one year's GSL is $100 million. If I paid $13 for Avatar, then I should pay $6.5 for the whole year's GSL. lol? The argument is provided content comparison. A film you pay $10 at the cinema to see, for 2 hours of fun. A GSL season you pay $10, and you get like 40+ hours of fun. I know what I would choose.

What's the audience for the GSL?

First time it's a little putzy, but once you've done it once or twice it's really easy. http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=181470 If the Gom site itself is down, though, you can't do it.

It's MUCH more interesting to hear them tell us what the standard best response to something would be and see if a player does that or does something new/different for better or worse. It's what the expert commentator in a football game does. Stuff like predicting player switches down to who or what type of player gets replaced and with who/what in order to change the game strategy. So don't bring up sports as some kind of excuse to dumb down the commentary. The preemptive GG announcement is something else entirely but they should definitely say something along the line that Nestea should lose to this when it came to that all-in in game 1. Uh I don't quite understand if you like Husky or reccomend him but how does it lead into not bringing up sports commentary? Not that I watch sports commentary, but I am fairly sure they are ahead when it comes to commentating. So to reiterate, I really don't like that that entire battle was spent with tastosis going "he will die" "he can't hold" and then began the long extreme micro battle very interresting but all they said was "will he hold? .... no, he can't hold.... Choya will break him... Wait can he hold this?... no he can't.... man he is holding!... no this time it will be to hard.. and here dies the roaches.... wait they survived.... can he hold this? No really I can't see how.. " on and on. It could have been spent either commenting on the awesome battle or actually analyzing so that they would have seen the queen and worker count which they simply ignored. I really don't see the point. Alternating who will win in your ear you really can't find that enjoyable really. As I said, I want them to be better because they already are the best.

You can't honestly be equating budget with price??? I can't believe this. What is going on in the world? Since when could people whine about purchasing a VoD service with a bonus stream that explicitly says that it may or may not work, then cry when it goes down for the first time in a while. And then have someone call another person dumb. Because budget translates to ticket price.

That's such a stupid way of looking at it it's beyond belief. Billions of dollars go into producing football therefore you should have to pay 10000000 dollars to watch it.
