Game 1 was him defending Rain's allin. Game 2 was an epic long macro game in which MC used almost every unit in the Protoss arsenal to wear down Rain and break out of a tank bunker contain. Game 3 wasn't all-in from either player. Game 5: MC had an expo... he cancelled it once the blue flame drop hit so that he could warp in more units to ensure the win. Game 4 was MC's only cheese, and even then if MC was stopped he might have been able to still take the game anyways if he did enough damage... | ||

 .Pretty cool games cept for the last two, rain totally lost his nerves there. But a pretty good series, better than the first gsl which was totally one, and the second one which was basically nestea learning on the fly. Oh, and MC is awesome! | ||

Unlike in Football (Soccer to Americans) I don't feel that associated to any particular race in SC2. I just enjoy watching underdogs come out and win or having the better player come out and completely dominate. To me Starcraft is best compared to a Tennis match, in this case we have Rain hitting the ball out of court more often than in it (game1,4) and MC just hitting aces (game 4, 5). The one time Rain did win was when MC got sun in his eyes (game 3). Now this isn't a problem for people who like those type of games. I personally would have preferred Rain to keep in the game by running after every single ball (sticking to the Tennis metaphor) and MC displaying awesome shot selections. Of course at the end of the day it comes down to the player himself, but for me personally Starcraft 2 needs it's gravel. Which is why I didn't like these finals and this tournament as a whole really with Jinro being the only saving grace. | ||
