It's almost like how much you practice starcraft 2 is more important than how good you were at starcraft 1!

Big congrats to Jinro, ever since seeing him in beta but mainly in the Socke game at MLG i think there are few Terran players anywhere near his level, very happy to see him gain success at GSL!
|
Hope Choya wins, he is a protoss , and would probaly be easier for Jinro to face against.

Just got back and it looks like our favorite Swedish Murder Machine rolled. Congrats Jinro!

What is that song that plays when they were introducing the players and you see the two of them in the booths?
|
I think I can lip read what choya's saying to himself.
"YO IM IN DIS BOOTH BRO BROTOSS GONNA SHOW U DA TRUTH, HO!
WHAT
UH"

Will it be MarineKing v MC and Jinro v MVP/Choya?
Anyone have a link to the brackets?

It would be weird if SC2 was SC1 in 3D, but its not, so you cant make that comparison.

Werid. Yeah but mediocre is relative. It's easy to be mediocre in bw because the level is so high there. But mediocre in bw is still like top 5%, easy. July was mediocre when he retired

Making a big tactical mistake after getting completely stomped in game 1 of a major tournament is more understandable than seeing someone lose a game and immediately stating that bribery is the only cause. He lost bad in game 1 and was apparently really shaken up, or thought he could or he needed to break through Jinro there. Obviously it was a mistake, but mistakes happen. Don't accuse people of stuff like match fixing for no reason.
So sad that once an incident happens, it's all that's in people's minds. If someone loses pretty badly, there's way too many comments about match fixing.

haha choya talking to himself :D though playing protoss for so long can make you lose your mind! Especially in korea with all those marine tank banshee builds

Agree, MVP is good that unless you play at your upper best you have no chance
Im cheering for Choya just to get one more Toss in, but MVP is a absolute beast
