Agreed completely, there's no way this play will win him the gsl, but it certainly did keep the games close and entertaining. Waaay too much unwarranted hype going on here, people.

Just seems like they have incredible freedom switching between their top tier units and remaking bases/droning. I don't play at all But the way I understand it, yes, Zerg probably has the late game advantage. However, first you need to get to late game, and then as Tastosis said, if your main gets taken out, you have to start anew, and finally, an advantage is still not an autowin. This game shows that, imo, because Leenock had to play really, really well and employ all the advantages in order to stay alive and win.
I'm pretty sure Clide was the one struggling to stay alive that game once the BLs popped. He would have outright won the game if he hit earlier as the greater spire was building.
Leenock threw away a lot of broodlords as well.
Overall much more impressed with Clide's play that game. Wish he could have moved on to the RO32 so we'd see more of him.

I really don't think Clide is as good as people say. Really hasn't impressed me at any point.
Were you watching the same series as I was just now?

no disrespect to leenock, those games were Epic, but we need more interviews with littleboy/littlekid/goyum(?) :D

If Leenock just improves his macro, he is gonna be so much more beastly.

I completely agree. I got flamed to bits for it last time he got eliminated though. But if you really are that good, you should not lose to a Zerg who isn't top 10 zerg when you get two very good TvZ maps to open up.

Interesting. The 2 of the 3 best fOu according to Leenock qualified. Alive is going to be against Zenio so it should be good. Wonder what race NuclearfOu plays though.

To those of you who gave me series to watch to compare to this -

Thank you both, I think I've seen most of those, definitely seen the Ever matches with Oov (I was a little late to the party on watching progaming) but I'm not sure so I'll make sure to check them all out. If they're anything like these series I'll be very very happy :D

That was a great start to the day compared to the lackluster games I saw yesterday

That's such horse manure. One game doesn't say anything about anyone. He lost on LT because the Z did something completely unscoutable. Shit happens.
