It's just that he is always stuck on 120 probes and doesn't have the army to end the games

Koreans cheese, the same if not, more than NA players. Did you not watch GSL seasons 1 & 2?

I can't even being to understand this kind of logic. Are you saying they should just...lose? Instead of trying to win?

Man Tyler is so freakin chill =) love that dude

Exactly! Punishing someone for playing greedy or doing something risky on that map is good play. I would think a player is a complete noob if they just let Idra macro up without any pressure. People throw the word cheese around too much.

The last game of the day! I want to see TLOs game...

o.O
Eh, tilting I guess. Wat Whenever someone does a maka rax, Maka's spirit takes over their body. So it was actually maka who was playing.
A makarax is a racks in the natural. A correct makarax should be 99% possible to scout.

Which is exactly why select did what he did lol :p
Common sense anyone?

did he just pull a stewie? a wheeet?

I really hope that Tyler wins, I am convinced that he is the best Protoss player in NA and among the best in the world despite not playing as much as some other players.

GO TYLER CONQUER THE SC2 SCENE

People like aggression and cheese from time to time. But where complaints arise is that every game IdrA plays in a foreigner tournament (hell, arguably GSL to) is him getting cheesed. At a certain point you just want to see a standard match.

it's always unfair when you can't beat it yourself the way of the internet.

SEN ftw. But Ret is looking strong.

Idra has the unfortunate distinction of being widely known as a macro player. I don't think it makes him any worse at dealing with cheese/early all-ins than other players, but it does give other players the idea that having powerful early game is the way to deal with Idra.
As is, the game is still young. All-in/cheesy strategies are still being discovered and as such, you can't really expect pro players to deal with it 100% of the time. Idra just has to keep on playing. He's a great player, and so is Select.
|
Oh shit who to support???
|
Tyler is a genius. His interview comments on Protoss state of game are better than reading 100 pages of that recent Protoss tournament struggles thread.
|
So much stupid. Every time a good player goes out it's like a dam bursts and suddenly there's a river of shit running through the thread.
Idra lost. Select won. If you think he won in a way that was somehow less valid than winning a 30 minute game, you are clueless. Period.
