i think he probably means the top players. in every interview i've read, people have typically agreed upon the korean server having better players overall, but the top of the top is not so bad.

What the hell is apollo going on about "is korean best is european best is american best" its not about a clash of styles koreans are better then win more, they are much more decorated gamers, thats not saying the best european or best american isnt as good as the best korean gamer but

Apollo there is no debate the korean server is the best server and they have the highest density of better players

Also im suprised day9 didnt mention top as the absolute fucking beast he clearly is didnt he all kill TSL ?
