IIRC, TLO abused the close rush distances on that map to all-in "Thor cheese" a win. If TLO is really as good as all of you think he is, he wouldn't have been so easily baited into that choke in game 1 where his entire army got smashed. And adding tonnes of Thors in your army composition against Toss? Seriously? Small details in SC2 set you apart unlike BW where gawdly mechanics and apm can set you far apart in skill. His BO for game 3 was also VERY susceptible to any type of 4 gate timing push. He spotted the forward pylon, reacted terribly and got rolled. If he's such a great player, his decision making, game sense, and general gameplay should be miles ahead of where it is. He might have a future in SC2, but currently, I don't even see him doing well in NA or EU events like MLG and IEM. Yes I feel the same. Actually he seems to be a nice guy sure, but I dont understand the hype around him. His play isnt impressive.. Some gimmicky builds and nukes but .. yea.. thats about it. Idra is far more solid, the best foreigner would be him. Well not to be rude to TLO but his fanboys are getting on my nerves so I'm happy he got beaten so early in the tournament

I play toss and i would like nothing more than to not have maps where they are easily exploitable by one race or another. I personally veto jungle and dq even though i know i could proxy 4 gate to a good win percentage there, i would rather play maps that although you need to play them don't immediately make you have to account for a super strong build(6 pool with no defendable ramp, 4 gate that you can do on 2 fronts as soon as warpgate is up or tank/thor drops.)

Considering many top players have said he is one of the most innovative players and that boxer himself said he is the one player that inspires him. He is definitely not close to the most consistent player and his innovation and creativity sometimes work against him, but if he refined his builds more and worked a little more standard crisp play in he could be a top tier player.

I love TLO and wanted him to win just as much as anyone else. However, he failed to scout the Bronze league obvious proxy pylon placement fast enough and didn't prepare properly for a 4gate. He made a mistake and it cost him game three in his worst matchup against a good player. He was unlucky in his bracket and got Ro64 when he's realistically better than that. Move on, he has another shot next month.
