I think he means that Starcraft 2 needs a LAN feature.

Every other game going that requires it has been put on hold. The point is that it's really easy for something like this to experience internet problems, as evidenced by it happening in so many big tournaments. Blizzard should be doing everything they can to make it as easy as possible for tournaments to run smoothly, which means LAN.

And no MLG you can't have sites dedicated to your 'MLG time' you need to earn that like Valve have.

Blizzard had fuck all to do with yesterday's cast starting 2 hours late, the video quality in the HD screen looking like a first gen Gameboy screen, and the entire event's connection now dying because some techie is downloading porn. Also the amount of games actually being cast is kinda on the low side, and there's no updating us on the stream with results of games not being shown. If it was just connection issues, fine, but there's a metric asston of things going wrong. It's badly organized and not worth paying money for. They need to step up their game. I think you are just grumpy because you are European and it's past your bed time Actually it's late afternoon in Europe ![]()

Regardless, I don't think MLG has ever done an event in which all the games needed to be played online, so I don't think they had any idea what toe expect from trying to provide capable services for such a game.
