I wonder how select's mech control is. He'll need it for idra. maybe he'll go bio 0.0 that would be intense.

everybody had a huge advantage over select. he still crawled his way up.
Respect.

As I said before, because of the extended series rule, if Huk goes to the finals he'll be down 2:0 vs Idra. I much rather see Select goes to the finals now. It'll make a more entertaining finals.

Thanks If you wanna see good games dont watch it. HuK not even close to IdrA's level. I would suggest you watch IdrA vs qxc those games were amazing! I dunno I just think huk has a horrible PvZ. I mean, why would you practice a lot of PvZ when the only really good american zerg is Slush. Catz and Machine are ok, but no one is strong enough to realistically dedicate a lot of time to playing against zerg.
I like to think of this as a secret advantage zerg has O.-

select was pretty good at wc3, was in clan SK for a while too. glad to know his hunt micro is getting good reuse in sc2.
No, he wasn't. I don't remember a select SK-Gaming unless you're thinking of Sweet or Zacard, who are Korean WC3 pros.

If we're talking about the old spice commercials the guy with the talking muscles is a former American Football player, the other (I'm on a horse) guy is Isaiah something or another whose just a male model. the guy in the Dr. Pepper commercial is clearly a football player.

If we see HT's this game is going to get real, real fast. The money mix has always been HT's Colossus stalker/zealot, to ignore that against a pure bio user is just mindnumbing haha.

The colossus wasn't out yet, meaning Kiwi had a ton of resources locked up in production. Select wasn't hurt by the FFs and Kiwi didn't have enough sentries, and no matter how good immortals are, they die when targetfired by the entire MM ball. Well to put it into perspective.. Imagine if it was flipped, 2 thors (tech units) + 10 marines (tier 1 range) vs 5 zealots and 5 stalkers.. The thors are going to be doing insane damage, and being able to survive more than 1 volley of shots.. While when you have immortals or collosus vs marauders, they go down in 1 volley.. with less damage output. Not entirely valid. Thors are a lot beefier than immortals, and are the comparison to Colossi by cost. Select just had most stuff than Kiwikaki, and hit at a great timing when the Colossus wasn't out. That, and Kiwi only having 2 FFs (which didn't split anything) meant he could be taken apart.
Yeah, the best comparison to Immortals in the Terran army is a tank.

One is ray lewis a famous football player the other is a comedian.
Its kind of sad that old spice shows so few of their commercials they have like 30 funny ones.

i am a bit worried about the uneven physical demand from the different players.

It is just impossible to get HTs with storm out quick enough. Select simply does not give you time to tech up. He will push you from the very first marine to the very last marauder.

Maybe because in GSL the guy only have to play one BO3 or BO5 each day.... and not play games all day like in mlg so get real... Venues are more expensive here and spectators are still free. It's less than ideal that the players get the short stick but honestly this schedule is the only one that works for the space and time constraints. It would be nice if Warcraft and Starcraft were each big enough to get their own space which might happen if there are enough people watching to attract more sponsors.
