As hoped, we have a large turn out of people willing to play. We will set up matches based on what we think is most exciting/challenging + availability of players at specific times. We will be keeping track of who plays when and cycle through everyone who has signed up. If you do not get a chance to play this week you will have a chance to play the following weeks. We will try to cycle through all of the players before repeating so that everyone has a chance to win and show us some exciting strats.

availability and excitement. Ascend and I will pick the person who will probably give the best challenge or be the most entertaining. We are more likely to choose a non mirror match than say a TvT. And of course it depends on who is not in game at the time.

I can invite my two friends, in top 200 if you let me in as well. I practice with them alot and they said they would do it if i did it.

If you are in the Top 200 then you're invited. If your friends want to participate and are in the top 200 they can send in their info. If you aren't in the top 200 but are playing at a top 200 level... then you have plenty of time to climb the ladder and you can let me know when you hit top 200 on sc2ranks or on blizzard. Until then priority is going to be given to the ~60 players we already have signed up who are willing to participate. If you aren't eligible this week, that shouldn't discourage your friends. I wouldn't put you against each other anyhow. I assume you wouldn't want to end each other's streaks and decrease the chances of either of you winning prizes and in the worst case it prevents any cheating/ throwing games.

Signing up does not mean you are obliged to be there. We draw from the players who are eligible (havent just recently played) and who are online/ not in game. If you know you won't be there you can send me a message or post here that you want to be on the list but wont be available on date X. That way I can remove you from the players we expect to have ready that week. You will still be on the list and have a chance to compete each friday.

don't worry zanbo. we never "expect" anyone / no one has an obligation to be on just because they are on the list. the only 'obligation' is if you are continuing from the previous week in which case you should try to be on when we start. I will be working on updating and refreshing the spreadsheet as i have neglected it for a tad. Should be ready in a few hours for tonight. see you all then.

ok. the new list for 11/26 is out and should include all of you who posted in the thread although not all of you are top 200 according to the latest blizzard top 200. also a few of you didn't post your qualifying rank and i didn't bother to go search for it. I updated the ranks on the public database although i haven't yet flagged people who no longer qualify * (you can still play but top 200 has priority). I did a lot of list merging and stuff so if you suddenly don't show up message me ASAP. If you got deleted it was an accident and i don't think anyone did but just in case.... You are probably still on my friendlist for sc2 so no worries. Also as the latest flag in the OP states... as our lists are continually maxing out it would be a good thing to message us when we start if you want to make sure you play.

I don't think people realize how fun these games are, you don't see standard ZvZ's or PvP's either and the pros try all sorts of fun strats here. This is more entertaining than a lot of the weekly tournaments, despite the good casters in those =P. Just gotta win 5 games! to make money much easier than winning 23+ to win a tournament.

Avilo had crazy good game sense. Turrets were down for the banshee, and the viking reactors for the BC's were perfect responses.

Anyone that's any good at mech tvt knows you get 3-4 reactored starports in lategame pre-emptively when your opponent has starports with tech labs on them.
1-2 thors allows you to negate single banshees from your opponent that may try to force an unsiege on you. That lets you focus your production 100% on tank/hellion, although once tech starports are out lategame you only have a certain amount of time to make movement with pure ground before BCS are out and can force you to unsiege your army.
The reactored starports let you catch up to the viking count and also turret lines can help to buy time to catch up in the viking count.

Yes, he's bm, but just because he's bm doesnt mean he stream cheats. He snipes, but doesn't cheat. He's grandmaster for a reason

tQWannaBe bringing the bm, despite he already would have lost the game, if Brussano would have pushed all the way in the mid game. WannaBe had no defense whatsoever at that point. What a ridicilous guy, should learn some manners or to play better, so he really can afford the bm.

Yeah you guys should do something like update the list of wins people have. It would be sweet if we had a permanent list of results in these, including player win loss and who they have beaten and lost to. I think people would be really interested in that
