Dimaga seems to do well again, judging by the incredible games vs SeleCt in yesterday's ZOTAC Cup final.
Happy to see this rolling forward, cant wait to get some confirmed dates and times for the matches, really hoping for some great matches and will watch for sure.
7 Americans, 7 Europeans, 2 Asians =P Qualifier bracket was awful but an awesome job to Capoch for destroying a completely rigged section. Tbh i hate these brackets too, it really is set up soo awful but i guess that isnt necessarily amyones fault in particular. Can't wait to see the semis and finals of this. I hope CellaWeRRa and Sen do well!! Also rooting for Capoch as the wildcard!

Yeah every one of his posts have that .
So many good matches I'm excited as hell.
MorroW vs. Jinro: This match is insane. I lol'd when I saw it, not because it's bad, it's just that scary of a match up.
Capoch vs. IdrA: If there's a way to beat IdrA, it's restlessness pressure to throw off his expansion timing. That's Capoch. I got to imagine IdrA will be the favorite for sure tho!
QXC vs. Nony: Crying shame Pheonix's will be broke when this match happens. Still Nony is Nony, so it should be a close fight either way. Can't rule out QXC, he did beat ITR in KOTB.
TT1 vs. TLO: Should be a sick match. People who pressure TLO early are often when he puts on the jaw dropping matches. Pretty pumped for this!

QXC vs Tyler was played before the Phoenix breaking patch

I also can't wait for sen vs strelok omg that will be awesome as Sen's zerg is just plain out Imba :D
Also TLO and TTone already played I saw in the thread I won't spoil the results.
lol, It would be just incredible if a guy that rarely has time to play and who has his prime in RTS games several years ago can beat Idra, who plays all day long, Do you still resent the easy way in which Capoch beat you in the first round?

lol has nothing to do with it. Just saying its all he does? Don't need to be so angry about the truth when its all he does in every showmatch/video I have seen of him. The one time he didn't he got steam rolled. Not saying anything about it just saying its what he'll do and Idra will be ready for it I imagine. Whatever works but Idra rapes 4 gate so hard so yeah lol dunno why your so mad about the truth ^^

Too many amazing players to choose from, but I'm rooting for qxc and jinro. They were two of my favorites in beta but I haven't seen enough of them lately. And of course Dario is so very magical to watch, TLO HWAITING

Gretorp often does that. He often forgets unit names and basic stuff, but his casting is top notch. IMO he is the best caster with great insights (day9 a close second). He may not have casted that many pvts, but his game knowledge allows him to extrapolate his own experiences and provide insightful commentary.
Sad that this coincides with IEM, but hopefully esl won't start on time as usual.

oh dont get me wrong, his general SC2 knowledge is very good and of course he has all Terran matchups down to an art. i simply think he's quite unfamiliar with all the other matchups. perfectly understandable since he's more of a progamer than a procaster.
I think I saw Cella trying to do the mineral boosting trick, so it must have been quite a few weeks ago. Also, not feeling all these one-base plays by White-ra, even if it is working.

this thread was made only 5 days ago, so i don't think that's too likely
maybe cellawerra doesnt know its fixed or he does it anyway to warm up his fingers instead of just spammimg
His words get stumbled together a bit once in a blue moon, but I think that's due to his brain working faster than his mouth can move (which is a very good thing when you consider the opposite). I think Gretorp has the potential to become one of the great starcraft 2 casters if he chooses to go down that path.

Also,
Nony Fighting!
I think he's great. He has a few funny mannerisms like saying some variation of "going down" about 20 times per game or using fancy language to explain very simple concepts though. :p

He was researching it, but since it wasn't chronoboosted, it didn't finish until his colossus died.

Agreed 100%, and really unfair to them. Be rest assured we will be using overlays and be using our very sexy intro video we made of this. We have already casted over 100 games of this tournament and the sponsors love what we do for them.
How's the tourney going tho? I'm watching IEM. Any results?

We were supposed to cover ALL of the Round of 16 being we casted like 100 games of this tournament. Unfortunately there was some mis-communication so we are only covering half of Round of 16. We SHOULD be covering ALL the rest of the games though, as we are the only people in this tournament that did our jobs 100% from Day 1.
We always make sure the sponsors are happy, and we are good about plugs.

Yes I label replays in spoiler free form. This is not my first rodeo . So no matter if the series is 5 games or 3 you will not know ahead of time.
Wow incrediably intersting play from Dimaga, no gas for like 5 mins or something, just relying on queens and spine crawlers. So far, it seems its working.

Can't you guys just not show when you are selecting the game on stream (switch stream to camera or another screen)? That would make it so you don't have to worry about spoilers at all.
shame i spoiled this matchup for myself but nonethless i'm also really enjoying the casting. they are both so insightful and professional! well done guys and i know you'll keep it up.
Siege tanks really should be a staple for every terran, 3-0 TT1 I has a sad.
Did I miss Stalife and Huk? Did they not cast 2 of the series... I did kind of fall asleep at my desk for a bit there but it really didn't seem that long!!! >.> Oh god hours of my life are slipping from my conscious awareness, is this senility?
I really hope TLO just lost because his TvP is bad, TT1 is really good or because of lag or whatever.... But honestly, I'm kinda afraid this is going the same direction as what I feel to perceive from most players in the GSL:
They just never play decent when a GSL opponent could possibly see it. I looked around for some FruitSeller and Check replays like two weeks ago... Almost anything I could find freely available was far from what they showed in the GSL.
So somehow I got the feeling that they practice serious builds with their teams and whatever I get to see in public is strategy that is clearly inferior.

IT really had nothing to do with lag. It was just BO loss in my opinion. I think he really underestimated the power of 1 base tech ; 0 But ye i see what ur saying. Maybe ur right
Nothing to do with lag? Have you even seen game 2? TLO microed like a gold-player in that game, so he either lost on purpose or the lag was really bad.
I've had the honor to play DF myself quiet a few times and i definitely think that he has an exeptional zvz, this showing just seemed like Dimaga's reputation got to his head.
This tournament is so cool but feels kinda scattered, like when the games are happening, what the brackets are and where the vods are, for which round it is. Fantastic casting and tempo and playing, but to say something negative a more "united public front" the next time (?) would be even better so we can get more hyped up.

A lot of things went wrong with this tournament but Xeris is getting it whipped into shape! I promise the Rd of 8 and beyond will be EPIC!

It has Sen in it, that alone makes it a great tournament. Seriously though, thanks everyone who is working organizing this. It seems like it would be a fairly monumental task. I mean even IEM's SC2 finals got delayed.
I'm not sure how you guys are planning on scheduling it, but it would probably be a really good idea to get IdrA to play his games when he is in NA for MLG this weekend. It would suck to see him have to play with lag if he makes it to the finals.
wow a good caster with game knowledge yes! i gotta say having bad commentators that miss things and don't really have vast knowledge of the game really bring down the games for me because i usually just turn off the volume but then i can't even hear game sounds =/. but i can never do that to gretorp's handsome nerd voice!
I just got internet! The Ro8 games will be casted during the week (after MLG). Capoch is still downloading the KR client (him and IdrA agreed to play half the games on NA and half on KR to compromise the latency issue playing cross server, which was only fair).

Ugh that's gotta suck for both of them. Every other game one of them has a horrid connection
This coming thursday, get ready for Idra vs Capoch and Sen vs Strelok! The Ro16 concludes! Expect the Quarter final games to be cast after MLG during the week!
Stay tuned. ICCUP TV will of course be bringing you the matches ! Tune in Thursday at 8pm EST.

I'm really enjoying the polls on who would win the RO16 matches. So far, we've had one major upset according to those polls - I'm excited to see if Sen and Idra win as handily as everyone says they will!
You can watch VODS (most of them are up now) on the youtube account (www.youtube/user/iccuptv). They are recorded by me with the same sound. The camera perspective will be slightly different, but the content is essentially the same.
Seeing that IdrA will miss his match against Naniwa, i guess he won't be playing against Capoch - unless they have already played and the replays will be streamed.
i do a german cast then, a little delayed, so you get not spoilers from my viewers if you watch english. i'll do VoDs anmyways so i just tune in today to the same time.

haha yea i know sen makes 1.1 zerg look post 1.1.2!:D The games were actually played yesterday i believe.
Perhaps the TL calendar should of been updated to say pre 1.2 patch. Kinda bummed I that I didn't get to see Idra twice today. I understand that there were logistical issues but it still sucks. Oh well, looking forward to some good games at Mlg and GSL2.
This is twice now you have teased (had it in the schedule) with Idra playing on the day. I know the casters made it clear we wouldn't see it yet once we were tuned in, and it is a good tournament but if you guys false advertise one more time (whether it is your fault or not) I am sure alot of people will be frustrated and done with any global gamers tourneys in the future. Your casters and players are fine but the organization for this tourney is terrible; please don't advertise if you cannot deliver that really turns people off myself included.

You obviously weren't around for the initial rounds which took forever. If a match is scheduled and isn't played by the players then there isn't much the tourney admins can do. You are watching this tournament for free and it's your choice to watch, don't complain in that situation.

We are watching it for free but the sponsors paid money to get viewers. I watch CBS for free too do you think that affects the professionalism of the organization? Lower viewer count results in less sponsors free or not. Also I understand if a match has not been played they obviously can't cast it, but don't put it in the event info that we will see that match, it is disingenuous.

I know that if you check the thread for the sc-source KOTH that was today, Idra was supposed to play but had to reschedule until next week because EG scheduled his trip into NY earlier than he had planned. My assumption is maybe this conflict affected this tourney, although I'm not sure as some of these are being cast by replay. Something to think about before whining, in any event.
Here are the VODs from the stream for Sen v Strelok (Makh is also uploading HQ YouTubes in addition that will be available @ http://www.youtube.com/iccuptv) - to avoid spoilers for anyone that is important to, regardless of how many games there are there are 5 links. Don't mouse over the links before you watch if that's important to you.

What about the last game of Ro16? Will it be postponed as well?
Where are the VODS for the games casted by Gretorp?
This tourney is just so hard to follow. Obviously all the shit that happened in the previous iteration, but even this so called new and improved version that is going to be run so much better, its still hard as fuck to keep track of. With all the bitching and whining about the crappy job the previous guys were doing, I would have expected the new tourney organizers to be on top of the ball/have everything set up nicely to get rid of the stigma the first version had.
The OP should be updated with VODS of all previously played matches, I only see 4 games listed there, and its ridiculous to expect potential viewers to browse through the actual thread to find them, as the chance for spoilers and such are very high.
I hate to say it but fuck, Step your game up and do this shit right.
So what is going on with this tournament? Just waiting on Idra and Capoch to play their games? Or is there another delay with the whole thing? Anyways i'm looking forward to the quarters & onwards.

iCCup TV is a NA focused event stream wise. Our schedule is based on NA events unless we are covering an EU event. No matter what time we run it it will be a bad time for someone.

Although this is true, it's tough to get a time that works for EVERYONE. Also, this tournament has gone on long enough, it needs to be finished.
Would it be possible to get the OP updated a bit more frequently if possible? I've been following this thread pretty attentively and i still have no idea whats going on with idra/capoch. I know as of ten days ago they hadn't played yet, but what's going on now? Why haven't they played?

I'd just wanted to say that in time when most of the SC2 casters are fucking obnoxious to listen to, i found your casting/games to be quite entertaining. I have no idea what to say to that but thank you xD, I like working with Makh he's a cool guy and I've been working on trying to let my personality show a bit more recently. I tend to do long casts so I used to kind of drone on so I wouldn't lose my voice but I've trained my voice pretty well to hold up so hopefully I can continue to let you guys see a bit more of me. Because I really do get excited to watch super good games on Starcraft 2. Drug free, high on Starcraft man.
I've got the first half of the ro8 matches being processed. There are some unfortunate 'de-sync' problems that I just couldn't fix. Really good matches though!!
lol I hope Capoch won, it would be a surprise indeed, a guy who rarely has time to practice because of his job, and for what I have seen very far from his top micro skills in other games.

You can get both Sen(Z) v. HuK(P) and Dimaga(Z) v. WhiteRa(P)
on http://www.youtube.com/user/iCCupTV There are some very unfortunate sound sync issues on these two games, however. We recorded these live on Ustream, but because we run off replays, sometimes one computer runs faster than the other.

I'm basically looking for qxc vs tyler and morrow vs jinro. And I can't find it. Please provide a link or something helpful instead of a standard "google it" answer. If the threadmaker saw my question I bet he'd update the VOD-list. Cuz Xeris is active and have a lot of experience.

Sorry, I couldn't read your mind and knew exactly which matches that you were looking for. I just tried to be helpful. FWIW, the only match of morrow vs jinro I could find was
and it casted in German though, so I have no idea that that was the one. No luck on novy vs qxc though.
The stream is having far too many issues. For some reason it randomly stops and you have to refresh to view it. This has happened 4 times for me so far as well as other people. Now in the fifth game the center of my stream is laggy and blurry and it's more like a radio than a stream. I'm not seeing this on other streams, fix your stream iCCup because these small hiccups that I have to deal with every time I tune in (which are always blamed on uStream, which while sometimes this is obviously the case it is certainly not always) is getting frustrating. Missing the most exciting game apparently too. Ugh.

Can you send that to Ustream? I've done literally every network fix possible I have a new router, I've bothered my internet company endlessly they've tested the lines I've run more speedtests than you can imagine and other internet diagnostics. I've switched broadcasting methods like 3 times at the suggestion of Ustream and yet the problem persists. I watch the data going in Flash media live encoder and the data is the same. It doesn't change but randomly the ustream just goes down, at this point I have no control over it all I can do is use the settings that work the most often and hope it behaves on any given day.
So basically you're telling me to fix it with no information on exactly how much effort I"ve put into fixing it nice.
haters gonna hate, I'd like to see all of you bashing capoch to play and get to the semi finals or quarter finals whatever hes at now using 4 gate.

Sounds like it is time to ditch ustream... prolly can't afford anything better though.
Capoch beat Ensnare and Check (GSL RO8 contestants) with 4-gate lol, how does someone expect him to not do it again when it's obviously working for him? I'm hoping Blizzard does something about it, since 4-gate is so ridiculously good in all MU's. How can this rush not show in their data?

How can GSL Ro8 players lose to 4 gate? Obviously Capoch must execute it very well, if he can beat Ro8 contestants. If beating Protosses could instawin vs. Terrans and Zergs with 4 Gate, you'd think there would be more Protosses around in the GSL round of 4...

Almost every 4gate ive seen in the GSL vs terran has worked, so I think players rarely do it because they are trying to keep a good reputation as a player who can win without cheese.

4 gate isn't over powered. I dunno bout pvp but zvp 4 gate is easy to hold off especially if you know its coming. I can understand Check/Ensnare losing to it only because they don't pay attention to the foreigner scene as much I guarantee it they have no idea who capoch is and what he does in all his games. Thats why they lost to it
Capoch beat both of them in GGi qualifiers, so yeah it happens. It's not like high level players don't lose to 4-gate anymore lol. IdrA didn't want to play Capoch on US servers since he needed good latency to hold it. SangHo eliminated TLO with 4-gate, it's just really hard to hold.
Sure... 4 gate can beat any player on any given day.. but so can 5 roach rush. You're idiotic if you think just because a strategy is strong that is has to be altered. Fact is, it's strong at low levels and increasing less popular as you get into higher levels. 3 gate robo will send it back, speedling spine crawler sends it back, roach/spine, roach/ling.. 3 rax, 1-1-1 with good bunker play..
Until you show me that Kenny fuckin' Powers lost to a 4 gate.. your just being an idiot.
VODs will be going up overnight and tomorrow. While our double recording method will cause audio sync problems on occasion, it does mean that we always have solid recordigs.
LOL its fun guys how u say that 4gate is cheese, then massing marines like foxer is cheese? massing colossus is cheese? doing 4 rax and 2 factorys is cheese? so much QQ on US

I said Capoch is a good player who earned his spot through the qualifiers from this tournament. MorroW should be ban for any future tournament organized by Xeris as penalty. lol should get Liquid~Tyler to replace MorroW since they only played bo1 which Tyler lost seem reasonable replacement.

And yes the bo1 match between Tyler and Morrow was kind of disrespectful to the tournament by both players. Dont understand why this was allowed in the first place.
Not sure what you mean by 'allowed' ? I can't force players to do anything... if they don't want to play, they don't have to play. Obviously it sucks for fans and people who want to see the games, but whatever.
What the hell is happening? Tournament taking forever, rarely getting updated, players play bo1 for some weird reason, players forfeiting and/or getting banned for being "dumb..." Can this tournament become a bigger joke than it already is?

HAHAHAHAHAAHHAA
Are you fucking serious?
Like ... seriously?
Capoch a good player? You should watch some of his games where he doesn't all in (which are quite rare tbh). The guy has NO game sense whatsoever. He doesn't have a game plan. He doesn't understand game theory or has developped even basic strategic thinking. He doesn't comprehend the concept of expanding, on how even mid-game (not gonna talk late-game lol) strategies are conceived and executed. He is terrible. His point/skill ratio is probably the WORST I've ever seen. He is mind-blowingly bad for how well known he is. There are players that have actual skill, they can sit and think about strategy, come up with new interesting build orders and know how to transition in and out of certain strategies, when to commit, how to control their army and when to scout. And then you have players that just stupidly take a build order and throw it at their opponent, to see what happens. Doesn't work? Try harder. Stil doesn't work? Well, 55% is good enough.
For example drewbie is also well known and he is pretty bad. But I'm not gonna trash drewbie because I can see some potential, like ... there's flaws in his gameplay he can fix. Capoch on the other hand.... There's nothing to fix, it's just straight up shit and abuse from the ground up. He has no skill to base a standard game on, that's the reason he perfects his stupid cheeses to steal away tournament money and prestige from players that actually have the potential to entertain us with their gameplay in the future.
Once people are going to figure out all the shitty cheeses and how to respond to them, we will finally not have to see good players taken out by cheesy trash all in players.
Don't get me wrong. I don't hate cheese. It's a part of the game, but having players that you KNOW will do some idiotic build because of their apparent lack of skill is just frustrating. I enjoy cheese when players that could as well play a 40 minute game, do it, because it brings refreshment, a sense of excitement an element of surprise to a series. With players like Capoch you just look at it and say "oh yeah that retarded abusive build again" It's designed to work against better players and I think he is in essence deteriorating the quality of games we get to watch. He takes value away from tournaments (like this one).
I hope he never gets invited to anything ever again and maybe, if he sits down and starts playing straight up, in a year he could be halfway decent, but as with what he shown so far, I have to say, it's a fucking shame.
You're welcome to refute the reasons I have outlined above on what compromises my opinion on him, however.
In your rant you are just attacking his play style. There's nothing wrong with one-base play if you feel that is what suits you the best. The fact is Capoch is a 2500 point Protoss with a solid win-loss ratio who earned his place in this tournament. If he had "zero game sense whatsoever" I don't think he would have gotten there. That attack was completely unnecessary and I suspect there are some personal issues between you two that the public doesn't know about.

I'm not going to continue the derailment of this thread by talking about the relationship between me and Capoch (HEE TURK ERR JURBS), I just wanted to publicly make a note of what I think about his playstyle, so people don't actually believe others that say he is good.
And I think he has done considerable damage by taking out Ensnare and Check, but hell, that's just like ... my opinion, man.

I doubt it. As a zerg player whenever I know 100% fact that someones 4 gating its the easiest thing in the world too stop. I don't know about terran or pvp but in zvp if you know 100% absolute fact its coming its not hard to stop at all. (Also I have beaten more known better players then Capoch as well so that really doesn't mean anything lolol)
The reason everyone hates on him is because he only wins with 1 build. So when 1 player only 4 gates and thats all he knows how to do whats going to happen when that build becomes easiest thing to counter by all races? Do you still see capoch at the top? No when 4 gate dies for whatever reason whether everyone knows the counter or whatever Capoch is going to go back to being a nobody just like all the other 4 gate toss players.
If you really think about it its hard to respect a player who can only win with an all in build which is why he has alot of hate and even gets joked about by other casters when they see him play ("I predict a 4 gate"). I know he's your clan mate so you won't ever agree to this of course but that is why he gets all the hate.
lol, i dont even know who these haters are... but it would be good if you guys would focus your hate to something more productive..such as playing? i didnt know i was a "joke" of a player, but hey, i respect both opinions.. anyways, it was a good read and made me laugh a bit lol..

Yeah but when you see him play with better players on not on the Lain America server he has 57% http://www.sc2ranks.com/search/contains/us/capoch. Not bad though win % has nothing to do with how good a player is so dont' know why he brought that up lol.
Personally, I am very excited to see Capoch play in the finals of this tournament. It you watch the 5 games he plays against TTOne, you'll hear us discuss why Capoch favors this style. He came out of Dawn of War II, which relies almost solely on unit management and little to no base management. He's found a race and playstyle to match his strength - very solid micro.
I always want to point out that there is, in fact, a fair bit of diversity in Capoch's play. Granted, all of his strategies revolve around 4 gate pressure, but the way he leverages that build into winning varies. He often aggressively places multiple pylons in his opponent's base - and keeps building more during the intense micro battles. He also likes to grab Warp Prisms to drop far earlier than most players are prepared to handle. He also varies in the proportions of Zealots/Stalkers/sentries depending on the situation.
Capoch will be a very strong contender in the finals - and I very much look forward to casting those games.
The issue with this tourney is that, despite the solid prize money, it's fallen by the wayside in terms of attention. And I guess that just goes out to show the problem with lack of experience in the initial organizing, which was due to this being a "community tourney" that really should've taken place during Beta and not now that there's professional stuff like MLG, GSL, and IEM to compete with. The slow progression of the tournament and the lack of hype really put a damper on the potential impact. I'm not surprised a few of the players decided to be BM and not take things seriously.
Regardless, the Sen vs. White-Ra games should be a success given how "hot" these two players are right now and how old this friendly rivalry is (Sen always seems to meet White-Ra in tournaments). I assume they played before as now Sen is preparing for the GSL Ro64 in Korea, but either way, hope for interesting games!
Is life really so bad that you guys have to be so unbelievably outspoken with your negativity? It's immature, whether what you're saying is true or not. There's constructive criticism and game-play analysis, and then there's whining
I mean, really. You get to see white-ra play. How can you not be bursting with orgasmic euphoria at the very thought of more white-ra games?

That is a player or a game problem? If one strategy got you far in a tournament then it is a game problem, lol at Blade btw (you are that not so good player from AoE3? no offense but i want to know).
it's definitely a game problem. If 1 strategy can get you to a final of a major tournament, that game fails as a strategy. Counter Strike has more strategical variance then that.
4 gate is how to play Protoss, deal with it. Hopefully someone finds a more exciting way to Protoss but I'm not holding my breath, I switched to Terran instead.

I mean, really. You get to see white-ra play. How can you not be bursting with orgasmic euphoria at the very thought of more white-ra games?
It is no more immature than using phrases such as "bursting with orgasmic euphoria"; there's nothing immature about being put down by something. It'd be immature if he made slurs on Capoch's personality, if he started calling him random names for no reason, if he went on to personal (non-SC2-related) attacks.
As it is, he's expressing his (obviously rather low) opinion of Capoch's play style. There's nothing immature about that; just because you don't agree doesn't mean that everyone else is required by protocol to keep quiet. Is he being negative? Yeah. Is he being immature? Absolutely not.

I wasn't trying to start a debate on the definition of maturity, but we clearly have different interpretations of the word. My point was that a mature individual would not be as inclined to spout off paragraphs of hateful trash talk, because they would have the foresight to know that it would serve absolutely no purpose. It was not simply critical game-play analysis occurring. There are ways to express a low opinion of Capoch's play-style while still maintaining some level of tact and therefore preserving a pleasant, intellectual, and mature atmosphere.
On a more important note: It's good to see white-ra playing well.
Just a quick note: trying to figure out when they will play because Capoch is at the BGS lan right now and then White-Ra is leaving Monday for Dreamhack, but I will try to get this played before then, if not this tournament will be finished in the first week of December
Sen vs White-Ra VODS uploaded. Will get links to the other games asap. The Grand Final between Capoch and White-Ra will be played this week (after Dreamhack) !
ICCUP TV will be casting the Grand Final live! At long last, 2 months after taking over the tournament, being delayed by MLD DC, Blizzcon, MLG Dallas, and Dreamhack ... we're finally going to wrap this baby up.
Thanks everyone for bearing with me as I tried to right the ship of this tournament that had so much promise, hopefully I did an OK job of trying to make it at least a bit more interesting for people. HUGE thanks to ICCUP TV for sticking it out till the end and casting the matches and providing VOD links (check the main page!).
I will also be releasing the entire rep pack from the Ro16 to the Grand Final immediately after the conclusion of the tournament for everyone to DL.
Thanks again, and get ready for a great PvP series between White-Ra and Capoch
Wow WhiteRa had a proxy pylon in his base, typical Capoch 4gate came. But Ra did the impossible and defended it with beautiful micro. I was a little puzzled about the commentator congratulating Capoch on his micro while Ra was taking him apart. :D

Ra should have suspected this when Capoch selected that map. Surely he didnt do it because he wanted a macro game. Still these cheese fests are kinda entertaining. At least a rush to colussus by both players is not much more interesting.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
It's like ActionJesus on steroids. He knocked out some good players too..
God damn it white ra talking is the absolute highlight of the tournament. It's so awesome, never fails to make me cry like a teen girl just hitting puberty
I hope we have a recording of the interview - I didn't think to fraps it. It was great to chat with WhiteRa, and it was very refreshing to hear actual content in his answers instead of polite platitudes!
Would have been great to hear from Capoch too! That was a very intense series, and would have been nice to have heard from them both.
Edit: Just heard from Capoch, and it sounds like we will be able to hear from him after all (though sadly, not live). I'll try to release that with the youtube VODs in the next couple of days.
Great series, great tournament! Thanks again to Saechiis for organizing, thanks Xeris for pitching in at the right moment and iCCup for your awesome coverage!
Last but not least, all the people that donated back when this was a $100 tournament and really made this feel like a community event. And I did not forget iFixit (the scvs of the real world), esports united (sponsored by intel!) and thehandsomenerd.com (that entire line is stuck in my head like a bad song )
