today I drove from las vegas to palmdale, ca.. gonna watch gsl tonight, then wake up at 7:30(doubt still going on.. i hope), drive to LA in time for wc3 semifinals at 10:00 am.. mess around.. then gonna watch the league of legends finals for about 40 minutes, at 2:00 pm, then gonna go to the scbw stage at about 2:40 for + Show Spoiler + Jaedong vs Flash gonna be awesome | ||

Luckily I was used to this from previous years watching stuff happening in KST. Oddly enough I find the "diet" Monsters so much better than the regulars...I hate diet sodas, but somehow the diet energy drinks taste amazing. So much less....sticky | ||

I also think Fruit Dealer has holes in his game... I mean, he made 15 ultras at once in one game. Sure that's an awesome moment in the video, but it means he was sitting on 6000/4500. You simply can't do that against an elite level player and I'm shocked he was able to get away with it at all. And his skill is so high it has made people forget just how much terran is supposed to control the matchup. Terran chooses when and where to harrass, terran has the early game advantage, and Rainbow will make the most of it. Fruit Dealer is great at exploiting his opponent's mistakes as much as possible, but Rainbow makes fewer mistakes. And Rainbow has had time to study Fruit Dealer's games where he should have lost but crawled back to a win, and see where the terran mistakes were made... I don't know. I'm a zerg player and I support Fruit Dealer but this will be one extremely tough challenge. And Kulas Ravine is in the map rotation, which ought to be a free win for Rainbow... it doesn't look good. Here's hoping that I am simply underestimating Fruit Dealer, much like I did for Randy Couture in the UFC a couple years ago. I kept thinking "he's too old now, he just can't keep competing at that level" until I finally learned my lesson to not bet against him because he's just that good. | ||
