if you are streaming music which has copyrights you have to pay money for it.
in germany there is the GEMA which is taking the money... i heard a stream playing copyright music daily costs 40k € in a year 
+copyright music like alabama i snot aloud on german-youtube cuz youtube doesnt pay to gema

ESL is pretty professional with their streams. I think everything is alright with restreaming from YT
