Isn't Huk statistically #1 on the NA server (or was)?
Isn't White-Ra the iconic toss? White ra has real life issues to deal with right now
Isn't Hasu, Hasu?

So 65.5% of terrans make it (5/8)
75% Zerg make it (3/4)
0% of Toss Make it (0/4)
Perhaps this is deviation but if tournies keep showing these results...

From there

66.66666666666666666666666(etc)% of zerg make it to Semis (2/3)
40% of Terran make it to Semies (2/5)
Both close to half

Whiterah haven't been playing very well lately, few expected Naniwa to advance, Hasuobs played really inconsistent and yet if he could have won his last game against Lucifron he would have advanced. Huk was a disappointment, but it was his first major live event, so it's possible nerves played a part. There were simply better zerg and terran players in this tournament.

Well Whitera is still no#1 on the EU server. He surely hasnt been playing that badly.

Have you watched him play? He's been playing badly against top level players. Also ladder ranking doesn't mean much in tournaments, there are plenty of proof of that. Seriously go look at his recent games against players of the level in this competition and then disagree with me. Don't get me wrong, I like Whiterah and hopes he playes well in future tournaments, but he is not at the top of his game currently.

He doesn't play as much cause his wife / girlfriend / fiancee (not sure which) doesn't like him playing video games. No joke X_X

source? I super doubt that this is true since whitera has basically dedicated his life to games between being a gamer, writing for gaming magazines and organizing lans in ukraine.
(and he's been making good money)

Glad to see my post could be the source of so much disscusion. But yes the toss community in terms of skillful play IMO White-Ra has some irl stuff to deal with. But I don't think Huk or Hasu has been really lacking maybe sub par from their usual but they are still probably good enough to beat the others (Maybe not White Ra's Bracket if your sub par there your done). And albeit to say Hasu could beat Dimaga and/or lucifron is a bit much and to say Huk could beat Artosis and/or bratok is a bit much. And right out I called Bracket D demuslim and Idra. Damn I really needed to take a closer look at those brackets. Yeah Its understandable that toss isn't there. LOL ><

But where are the good toss then?

I mean when you think if epic SC2 toss (non korean) you think straight away ----> White Ra/Hasu

There's definetly a lack of foreign hero toss right now compared to other races . I've liked watching aTnSocke lately esp his PvT but haven't seen him in any big tourneys yet. Not much to cheer for as a toss fan right now =\

I'd put big money on IdrA vs DIMAGA final game.

Idra said himself that he thought Morrow might be the hardest Terran to play because he really knows how to abuse mech vs Zerg, if so then I don't see Dimaga getting past the semi-finals. He had a lot of trouble with Terran mech vs Demuslim, and was the main reason why he was considering switching to Terran himself, because he had so much trouble beating it. Really seems to be leaning in Morrow's favor.
i was driving down the road this november eve and spotted a hitchhiker walking down the street. i pulled over and saw that it was only a tree. i uprooted it and put it in my trunk. do trees like marshmallow peeps? cause that's all i have and will have.

What's up with all this Hasu hype? I think the guy is good, but seriously, DL his replays and check his macro, he probably does better otherwise, but aside from his clever play against Dimaga in G2 and by clever i mean abusive+ somewhat creative HT useage, he did poorly. Did he win anything lately? i really think neither him, nor Naniwa should have advanced, not because they are terrible, but the others in group were playing better.
The other 2 tosses were more surprising, but if you check, White-ra lost to TLO which is udnerstandable, and btw he dropped the ball pretty badly in G2. I checked the Madfrog series, in G1 he did very very well he could have won it easily but then he dropped the ball, again, and double expod while he lost his entire army QQ. And G2 was a 9pool rush with 5 drones from MF, i dont really blame him for that. He should have beat Madfrog, and could have beat tlo if he concentrates more.
Huk got really unlucky. Everybody expected Morrow to win against Tarson, if he did, Huk goes fwd. He lost surprsingly, so Huk dindt care and lost against Artosis. I dont care what you think, that was a throw away, i only saw the end of g2 where he won, and g3, where he basicly went 2 gate into exp - cyber core no units no canons vs allining Zerg.
So there we have our 2 Ps who should have advanced, too bad they didnt, but not that huge deal, it happens. Btw it's quite stupid to have only 4 Ps in 16 man tournament, but that's not up to us. I would have loved seeing Socke there for example, he seemed pretty good lately.

He's not playing video games, he's friggin working, i m pretty damn sure he makes more money from sc2 then the average ukrainian salary would be. And i'm pretty sure he said he's working beside that too, idk how he fins the time, but w/e
