I'm not surprised by Morrow winning, in my estimation the chances were something like 60/40 in TLO's favor. Morrow is a very solid player, I hope he gets to the final now. TLO in King of the Beta and here again, gets eliminated in an ace game, very closely, by someone who is also with good chance to win the whole tournament - this deserves to be considered unlucky. But time is ahead, I hope his fortune will compensate for him in GSL, where it really matters.
If you stand next to my head, you can hear the ocean. - Day[9]

DeM putting a Bunker at Dimaga's natural.
Lee Jae Dong proved that a focus on mechanics and execution could solve problems in the StarCraft game strategy.

What an awesome series! Really happy for Morrow, Sweden fighting!

I'm especially happy for him because I thought he deserved an invite in the first place (same as socke) - now he let's the ESL-guys look like fools, reaching semi-finals as replacement

QFT

They invited some really questionable people just because of their WC3 credentials...

Anyone who watched any beta/early live tournaments know how strong of a player Morrow is and he obviously should have been invited.

I mean seriously... LUCIFRON OVER MORROW WTF?

Lucifron qualified. He was not invited. source

Demuslim places two bunkers to delay Dimagas hatch even further, cancels both before the lings take them down. He's safe from busts as he's got a factory/barracks wall. Getting a tech lab on the factory.

Lair is coming up for dimaga and his second extractor is on the way, while Demuslim is getting a tank and a command center for a tank expand.

Demuslim scans but teh spire that just came up is well hidden. Demuslim is playing in the dark now.

MorroW is the IdrA-type Terran. The longer the game is the better. He will only get better, and better in SC2.

Yes I completely agree.
I think TLO is immensely talented but he needs to adjust his style to win long term,
You can't do random gimmicks every game because your play becomes too unrefined. This is what we saw in this series. TLO handed Morrow some free-wins, you just can't do that against the best players.

He has the potential to become a Stork-like player (this is a huge compliment). Stork is never predictable, always dangerous and a master of Bo5s (unless they're finals :p).
He needs to build a number of refined, genius builds for each map that keep the opponent on the back foot, never comfortable. But the builds aren't executed "on the fly" they're refined and solid.

In time, I see TLO being like a less dominant Moon from WC3. Insanely innovative, unpredictable, and yet somehow still among the best in both micro and macro.

Pretty sure Lucifron qualified through Go4SC2 something which everyone could have tried.

DIMAGA looking to put down 3rd (Muta's out.) DeMusliM going for natural. Look for DIMAGA to take a 4th quickly.
