Sapphire Minerals Tournament Map Rotation and Brackets As we gear up for the start of the SC2 Sapphire Minerals Tournament, please note the following map rotation, deadline dates, and brackets along with general tournament guidelines. This tournament is a double elimination tournament all the way through to the finals bracket. Seeding Seeding for this tournament will be completely random. The "Home" team will choose the first map to be played. The "Away" team will chose the second map to be played. If the result of these maps are 1-1, the third and final map to be played will be the CEVO selected map for that round. Each team needs to post their map selection in match comm prior to the start of the match. CMN3 MUST be used for all matches. Match Deadlines Match deadlines are absolute and extensions are not negotiable. The initial brackets of play will have a match every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evening. While teams are encouraged to play their matches early, it is not required and every team should plan on playing a match on every evening of a deadline. I have never seen a protoss win except doing something like a 2gate rush. yea cause its so comfortable to defend x gate pushes without sunkens ZvP: 18-16 (52.9%) [ Games ]

You just need to play sometime that evening. First round match will be put into the system tomorrow, at which time you can login and start discussing on Match Comms what time will be good for you to play. Match Comms is like a small forum for you and your opponent to post messages to and admins can check on it to verify people are being reasonable with their requests.

Vent seems to be completely afk so I posted here :x You don't NEED to come into vent if your opponent isn't online. Just logon to CMN, wait the 15 minutes and file a forfeit win ticket at support.cevo.com (In the future). Getting in CMN is logged so it is proof that you were around for your match. Also matches will be scheduled very soon for round 2, they are all to be played by TUESDAY at MIDNIGHT CENTRAL US time. Both Upper and lower bracket matches will be played.
