WEEK 1 : QUALIFYING ROUNDS : GROUPS OF 8 : LEAGUE

There are 32 Groups with 8 players in each group.
Within each group, each player will play 1 game with each 7 players within the group.
A win will get 3 points. A loss will get 1 pt. Absentees will get 0.
Top 4 players with the most league points after 7 games in each group will progress to Group Stages consisting of 4 players in each group.
Top 1 player will seed a group in the Group Stages.
Players no.2 3 & 4 will be distributed randomly to other groups to minimise repeating encounters with the same players from the qualifying stages.

For SEA (inclusive of Aussies & Kiwis) players, maximum 1 player from 1 country (eg. If there are 2 top SEA players from Aussie, only 1 will be chosen. The other will be chosen from the next best country).
