How many times does he have to be dropped in the exact same way before he decides to leave 3 goons at each nexus, while still outnumbering Pokju at his ramp, or maybe make a cannon or two.

Pokju may have done a good job harassing but Jaystar did a good job letting him do it.

I know it's hard in a match with pressure etc but it doesn't mean I can't comment on it.

why do you guys think jaystar had that game? he was only ever in the lead briefly, at the very beginning of the game, after the manner pylons, and even while he was ahead on supply he was behind the entire game in tech. i mean, he didn't even start to research storm until the very last attack rofl
pokju took diced up jaystar's supply advantage pretty easily, jaystar basically did nothing to hurt him the rest of the game after the initial contain

CT if you consider the players only in terms of their relative skill then ya, Jaystar never really had a chance. In the game, however, Jaystar wasn't only ahead in supply, he had a much better econ, and kept pokju completely contained. If you really want to be specific about it, I would argue his advantage lasted only until he pulled back the containment.

Pokju focused completely on harassing and killing probes. It was such a ballsy move and paid off spectacularly. Even then Jaystar was ok if he regrouped and stopped further harass but he panicked, tried to break ramp, and failed spectacularly. At that point, Pokju was almost MINED OUT. The worst thing Jaystar could have done was go on the offense, and he basically threw his lead away allowing Pokju to expand.

Yeah, great harassment overall, although Jaystar + Show Spoiler +

quite clumsily lost a lot of goons on that ramp to storms trying to break the ramp;o

Then again, this probably wouldn't work versus progamers, seems like he was toying with him the whole time around, starting with the manner pylons. Total game sense control.

Really? But Hero was from OZ (see the china vs korea showmatch thread), while Pokju, in his game against Bisu, was in Stars. In addition, it's Pokju[shield] in the replay while THE Pokju is Pokju[S.G]

Oh well, I'm not gonna question it further. He might've transferred and changed clans and his team, cba to check

only reason why jaystar wasn't tech up was because of pokju's nonstop harassment. he _was_ far ahead throughout the most of the game.
