I can't help but think that Gosia made a large mistake in neglecting his 3rd carapace and any ling attack upgrades, and by switching tech to ultra he created a massive timing window that IdrA had no problem exploiting.
Mech is a strange and difficult beast for both players. You are correct to question his decision to fall behind in upgrades. Gosia should have had 2 evos if not 3 madly pumping the juices into his army. Ultras are fine and good but with SUCH a gol heavy army he needed to go swarm as well. Also the key to fighting mech is to starve/force them to starve themselves. You can do this by making so many expansions and constantly making them deal with plague/swarm that they eventually run themselves out or you can drop their base and keep them relatively close to home.

Definitely a good game from both players. 
But I do think that a swarm or two could have helped the Zerg out a lot, there were just too many gols to take down without it. Never-the-less still a really good game.

He can't win every time. The fact that he has the opportunity to go to korea, we expect so much from him. Once things settle in and he gets accustomed to the korean gaming life and takes advantages of the critiques from Estro coaches and players he's going to be a better player mentally and will learn to accept his losses and learn from them. Therefore, he will learn to act more professional and re-examine his game and learn from the mistakes. I think many people who do get a chance to be a progamer never succeed because they can't handle the losses they get in games and always have the thinking that "Oh, another loss fuck... I suck ... I quit .. I can't do it. It takes time and things can't happen in a flash ~_~ I remember IdrA talking about in of his interviews that he played the game because it was fun. I hope he remembers that he plays it because he enjoys it and not merely for competition and fame. Look it BoXeR, if you read his biography he said most of his accomplishments was due to the fact that he enjoyed the game so much and was having fun =P

Who doesnt get pissed off when they lose sometimes ? hes human like the rest of us , who cares, just shows how seriously he takes the game , perfect candidate for Korea in my opinion

Idra has always had something of an attitude. It's his choice, he deals with it, and he's a good player so I don't see any point in making comments about it. Particularly after letting Paranoid use ultras to take Game 2, I can see any excellent tvzer (as idra is) getting antsy about that.
ggz and this one in particular. I do enjoy metal in tvz and I enjoyed the games from this CW. Nony/Xiaozi was fun too, although I feel too rusty in understanding tvz/pvz to comment much beyond that.

Its just a bit absurd when a player of this skill-class talks about balance issues ( ultras ) when we all know ultras are not imbalanced. As is no units in the world of Starcraft. Im waiting on the moment when he will be in a osl final ( which he will never be in of course ) vs a Zerg user losing the 5th deciding game and he writes ''gG Ultras are imba yo ''
No seriously.. I dont even care.. on the other hand .. Mondi posting this shit on a visited home page might actually lead idra to think.. at least a bit about his behaviour..
Not a big deal though. And we should stop discussing this here. Its about the replay and not what happened between the players.
