about the pressure early game - it was nothing special. i dont see how doing it vs one player takes more courage than doing it vs another. he overdid the pressure though, causing him to make too many zealots, which in turn caused him problems when setting up his expo, which in turn left only a miracle for him to win the game
I didn't say I thought it was good ;p Although I disagree about him sucking horribly, just a bad idea to expand without a dt or archon.
But doing that vs july is like, crazy.. Now, I'll never know why he didn't make a DT instead of the first HT, and a few other things (a second gate would have been nice), which basically caused his expo to be significantly slower than it could have been imo ;o

I don't think P played terribly badly. He was a little slow expanding and Z never game him a chance to live it down.

I think the toss here played awesome, he was just outclassed.
Constant pressure and he was still able to hold his own. The obvious counter to defilers is obviously dark archon, too bad he didn't see the plague before it happened.

The Toss played a pretty good game, but i guess july is too good

imo, toss did the best he could.. making what use of what limited resources he had. i guess he couldn't take a "better" lead after the sair. after that.. it was gg.

The toss was pretty outclassed in this game. He pretty much got crushed by mondi 2-0 in SCCL (although not as bad as this), and july is just july, whether he's going 100% or not.
While the toss probably could have used a second gate quicker, he did play a fairly solid game simply to last that long against such a powerhouse.
