You probably don't know what macro is.
It's being able to spend your money in that way that you don't have too many production facilities. If you continually produce 10 rounds of units out of your 10 gateways, and make new ones exactly when the producing ones are popping out of the gateways, then you have pretty much perfect macro. Really? Wow. I never knew that. And you might want to watch the replay again.
You're an idiot. You should thank him for his explanation.

Yeah, I should be thankful like hell for the blessing of him explaining macro for me. Stupid me always thought that the quality of macro is messured by the relation of your income and your production capabilities. Also the ability to replenish your troopcount after going 200/200 vs 200/200 really fast was considered an issue in my retarded idea of how many gates are a sufficient number. I'm sorry I wasn't expressing my gratitude sufficiently. Maybe the fact that the terran had his army back at 200 way earlier several times in the game mislead me to this horrible assumtions.

Watched replay, man testie must have been heart broken after that game.. he had to do some real hustle and bustle to come back and get that close..only to barely lose.
Btw, fully agree with Monsen on this mini argument. Twisted is right, if you can use 10 gates to make 10 units right when the other pops out, that's good macro. However, when you hit 200, your money builds up, and you need more buildings to build that 1 set of units out of all your buildings, to get your unit count up as fast as possible. Terran was at like 4-5k I think at one point.. 10 fac wouldn't have cut it

<3 Midian, those recent replays are so sexy, it would be a shame to miss them.

"Magic~Phil" - don't call anybody a nerd. That's the kettle calling the pot black.
The Terran played amazingly - I feel he only made two mistakes in this game: his armor upgrade, and more importantly, EMP. Even if he couldn't hit the Arbiters with Shockwave to take out their energy, being able to take out the shields of bunched Protoss units is too cost efficient for a unit that is only 2 supply.
This would have been exceptionally good especially becuase he had such a gas reserve from his many gas nodes. Great replay and great play by the Terran, I loved his counterbuilds and responses and was happy he won. :o
